Booked a tour to niagara falls and im really happy to say that me and my family really enjoyed this trip. Our tour guide was cooperative and everything was handled in an extremely professional and timely manner. Definitely look forward to booking a tour from this app again
Westar - 4 days tour Canadian rockies
Just took 4 days tour to Canadian Rockies with tour operator Westar. The tour guide for day 2 and 3 is such a nice lady but I think she was so unorganized and unprofessional. Probably for the customers who speak mandarin understood her better but for us who dont speak the language had difficult times to understand what she was trying to communicate. She talked about admin stuff the whole times, why not just put everything on the piece of sheet so we can take a pic?
Also, there was no communication from Westar which hotel we were going to stay on the first day. This is not acceptable because 1. We need to put address to fill out arrivescan apps.
2. It means that we had to pay $25 for pick up thru Westar. My flight arrived at 11:15 am and we didnt leave the airport until close to 1 pm.
I heard that there were 3 people that werent picked up by the driver at the airport at all. I think she is a nice person but she is too rude for tourism industry. I have been traveling to more than 30 countries, this tour with westar was the worst.

I downloaded and one month ahead booked on app and they cancelled trip after booked before in one week and I rebooked again for my trip charge my credit card. Try to reach out to them no one pick up the call or reply your email. I have to call everyday NO One answer after they charged on my credit card. This app is Totally ROB

Booked a tour and was requested to upload images of my credit card and ID. This seems highly unusual. The information is unnecessary for a regular cc transaction.

This is our first time to take a bus tour from this company but based on the wonderful experience we had yesterday, the rest of my family and I are already planning to take the next bus tour.
I also appreciate that when I asked a favor to save the seat I asked for my daughter, they granted my request right away for no extra charge.

Guided tour goodness
I am joyed my semi guided tour from Jersey City New Jersey to Niagara Toronto and thousand Islands. The only thing I wish is we had more time to sleep in.

This tour service was worst. My friend recommended this tour. When we went to go to Hollywood blvd, guide only gave us 30 mins to visit. How can we visit to this street only 30 mins? When we come back to San Francisco only 8 people in the van. Our family have 6 people. When they stop in the food area they stop what we don't like and we have been there when we went to LA. The food was no good. We asked can you go to the another food court in the same rest area only 2 minutes to drive but driver refused to drive to the another food court. So we walked to this food court 25 mins after we ordered the food, driver come and eat in the same as we eat. What is that mean they can't drive for us but they can eat. Your company don't care about the customer. We need to change 4 times transfer the car. This is not convenient for the passengers. I will not recommend to anybody to your tour agencies. We left from San Jose to LA on 4/12 to 4/15 4 days 3 nights.

5 days east coast tours from Philadelphia ending in Philly
My hubby and I followed the 5days east coast tour from Philly to Washington , then to Niagara Falls via Corning, Boston and Finally New York City before heading back to Philly.We thought the tour guide Jeremiah was thoughtful and courteous . The hotels we stayed in were of good quality - either Marriott, Sheraton , Ramada etc...throughout the whole trip and it was worth it considering for the price we paid . The only downside was that on the last day from NYC back to Philly, they outsourced the bus to another bus provider. The last leg of our journey with the outside bus provider weren't as pleasant. Nevertheless, all in all we managed to visit all the places we want and within our budget. Thanks Taketours!

This time I was in LA and decided to give it a try. The app is easy to use and gave me all the information to decide what tour to book while in Los Angeles. There are many options to choose from.
