Buggy
The app was searching for the ride for a long time. Cancelled the order, but a taxi arrived that had gotten my request, which never showed in the app. Luckily, I didn’t order a new ride and got where I wanted, but not thanks to the app.

App will not allow you to “accept their terms” so it is completely unusable.
Map frozen all the time
New iPhone and latest iOS and map view frozen
Lots of bugs
Map will not allow zoom, resets immediately. Frequent crashes/freezing. Confirmations without exiting the request.
Not getting VIP points
Since latest update all my points are gone and I don’t get points any more for using the app. Also all my trips I took are showing error or cancelled even though I completed the trips with no problem.
