User reviews

For lifters, by lifters!

I recently got back into lifting after being away from it for about 7 years, and having an app that makes it easy to track my workouts, sets, reps, and progress has made a huge difference. Seeing my numbers go up over time has been motivating and it’s keeping me locked in!

The app feels like it was designed by people who actually lifts and knows what lifters want from a tracker. The interface is clean, everything is easy to find, and I can spend my time actually working out instead of messing around with the app or a pen and a notebook. It’s straightforward without being unnecessarily complicated, and I like that it focuses on the things that actually matter.

This app is AWESOME

This is exactly what I have been looking for - something simple for logging/ tracking my lifts. And I absolutely love how it can shift my entire schedule if I miss a workout so I don’t have to worry about rearranging my entire Schedule/ Split. Makes my logging so much easier!

User friendly

User friendly and simple to use. Great for working out without all the extra stuff that makes it difficult to log your lifts.

FAQ

How does Takt Lift handle missed workout days?

Takt Lift automatically reschedules missed sessions by sliding subsequent workouts forward. It can also designate the missed day as rest, ensuring your overall plan remains intact without manual adjustments.

Can Takt Lift sync with my other fitness activities?

Yes, Takt Lift connects with Apple Health to recognize activities like runs from various apps and devices. It can then intelligently suggest moving your weight training sessions to avoid conflicts with strenuous cardio.

Does Takt Lift consider my daily schedule when planning workouts?

Takt Lift reads your calendar to identify busy days and will steer clear of scheduling heavy training sessions during times you are already committed elsewhere. This helps prevent overexertion and scheduling conflicts.

How does Takt Lift determine the weights I should lift?

Each session is pre-filled with suggested weights based on your previous performance. If you hit your reps, the weight increases; if you miss, you repeat it. It also automatically reduces weight if you stall for multiple sessions.

What workout splits does Takt Lift support?

Takt Lift supports popular splits like Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body, Bro Split, and Arnold Split. You can also build your own custom splits and modify exercises as needed.
