Need Bug Fixes
It has bugs from time to time when trying to touch certain part of the exam test answers and sometimes the video will randomly start over when the video is half way or almost over

Phone screen locks regularly while watching the videos
This app is so frustrating to use. If I start a video it frequently allows my phone to automatically lock repeatedly. I use an IPhone 16 so it’s a newer phone. Additionally it frequently restarts the video at the beginning if I have to stop using the app for a while. Note, I didn’t fully close the app it just randomly decides to start over. I have not determined why sometimes I can pickup where I left off and others I have to try and find out where I left off and see if I can move myself forward to that time. The video won’t always start if I try to do this.

Frustrating to use
This app forever closes while I am watching a video thus stopping the dialogue. I have to constantly unlock my phone and restart the video. This is an app problem not an iPhone problem as YouTube doesn’t do this.
Also, if you quit watching a video and hope to start where you left off good luck as it only works if you restart quickly. I am not shutting down the app but rather stopping the video and letting my phone lock. Most of the time the app freezes if you try to manually move the video to the where you left off.

It’s handy… but has its issues
Great way for users to access their training in a mobile way. Once in there’s no no need to enter password every time. but no xAPI compatibility on mobile is annoying, plus courses built in talentLMS legacy interface don’t show up well on the app
Educational
It's a great educational tool. I'm in charge of making sure our employees complete their TalentLMS. It's an undertaking but I try to make sure they know it's educational. It almost cost me my mental sanity because some employees are just determined not to do it, even though it’s required of every worker. And then the unprofessional behaviors that I have to put up with at times is uncalled for; however, I try to do my best to get everyone to do it & see the good in it & not view it as a punishment.

The app itself is extremely user friendly. I love it if I had to give any negative feedback. The only issues I have.
1 Notes portion.
They are not the full notes to the lectures. Missing slides from the lecture or are different slides completely.
2 Videos
They don’t cover all the questions on the tests. Also have a lot of filler content. I assume is because mandatory time requirements for the class.
3. Tests questions
There are numerous questions that could have more than one correct answers. Also that could have no correct answers. These questions lack more details to clarify situations for context.
