Worst and money oriented

I am user for this app for more than 1 year or so still I haven’t get any proper guidance or support only money oriented and astrologer or tarot readers are like kids who don’t have experience and taking readings and insulting on live or taking back readings and when ask for help then it’s like who? Then why to take back readings when clearly don’t have manners to support? And olders or aged people are like omg
I still wonder how to collect these people? It’s like trend to have not professional person on platform just to watch hard working money of users and CC is like formality to ask and didn’t bother to take care of the things means we are just waiting here wasting money then why to bother to ask? And rude and arrogant xx I have seen here

Money gambling app and poor customer service

I have spend more than 500 USD on this app. The astrologers knowingly take time to reply so that we keep recharging. After buying remedies there is no support and they’ll ask you to keep recharging for sharing your image during remedies going. It’s a complete money gambling business.

Perfect Scammers. App Developer itself is a big scammer

There were free 5 mins which were allocated to me as a new user. After I initiated a chat with a scammer astrologer, app automatically deducted the money from the wallet instead of first making use of free 5 mins.

When I reached out to support, they were so careless and didn’t provide the refund.

Will give negative rating if app store allows. I would request app store to remove this app because they are playing with human emotions and finances.

Fake app and guidance just looting money

I used an astrology app where different astrologers kept telling me that someone had done black magic on me. They then tried to sell me “healing” sessions but did not provide any real remedies or proper guidance.

One astrologer initially told me the healing would be a one-time session. However, after I joined for 60 minutes, it was extended to 180 minutes, and later I was asked to join another 180-minute session. Each time, they kept changing what they said and gave misleading guidance.

Because of this, I ended up losing money and experienced significant mental stress. I was also shocked when the astrologer told me that if I was having problems in Canada, I should just return to India.

I raised this issue with the app, but no proper action was taken, and the problem still remains unresolved.

Paid for service, got nothing

I paid ₹59 to continue a chat with an astrologer, but the chat ended immediately and the money was still deducted from my account. I contacted support right away, but instead of solving the issue, they kept giving excuses and finally said that refunds are not possible.

What is even worse is that they offered me extra wallet money if I posted a 5-star review, which clearly shows they try to manipulate ratings instead of fixing real customer problems.

I paid for a service that I never received and still my refund was denied. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be careful before spending money on this app. ⭐️

Don’t use this app

I had a very bad experience with this astrology app. The astrologer I spoke with completely wasted my time. I had to recharge my balance twice and ended up talking for about 80 minutes (around 1 hour and 20 minutes), spending almost $150.

During almost the entire conversation, the astrologer kept putting me on hold. She repeatedly said, “please hold for a few minutes,” again and again. I kept telling her that my time and balance were running out, but she continued asking me to wait. Because of this, I had to recharge multiple times just to stay connected.

After spending so much time and money, she did not provide a single clear answer or remedy. It felt like the conversation was intentionally stretched just to use up my balance.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this app if the astrologers keep customers waiting without providing real guidance.
