I’ve tried multiple email addresses and it’s all the same. Attempts to log in return a generic “an error has occurred” message.

This place makes millions of dollars but refuses to pay out to anyone must you will win here is $200

Talking stick is going downhill
Worthless app, same issue as everyone else, when trying to login to my account it just sends me in an endless loop. Based on other comments and my own experience this has been going on for over half a year. This has obviously been reported to Talking Stick and they apparently just don’t care about their brand and its professionalism. I used to love talking stick but I think my days of spending money there are at an end. Every other casino in the valley has an app that works properly. Every other casino in the valley sends me offers for free hotel stays, dining credit, free play credit. Talking Stick sends me $5 in free play. What a joke. I know you guys don’t have to focus too hard on customer service with all the money you rake in but just know your business practices are actively losing you money to other casinos.

Can’t login to account
I enter my login and password, then a verification code after it’s emailed and it takes me back to the sign in page to start all over again.
Worst app ever
I can’t even log in to see my acct information, I have no idea what the card pin is or how to reset it. The app just loops back after double authentication. Worthless application. It gives less info than the website and no info as far as the rewards account.

Every time I try to log into my rewards account it just sends me back in this infinite loop to where it tells me to sign in again and verify, but it never works. I cannot sign in period. Fix this please!!!
Can’t Sign In
This app does not work. I try to sign in, and it goes back to the login page. You just go in circles forever and are never able to sign in. You can’t use the website either, as it forces you to download this app that doesn’t work.

Since the change to this app, I can no longer see my account info. When I sign in with email and password (used to be able to sign in easily with card number), it returns back to the sign in screen. It never advances to retrieve my account info. It does not work no matter if I re-install the app, change my password, etc. Fix this!

Never works
This app never works. I keep escalating concerns to my host and get the same runaround every time. They say that they’re submitting the feedback to the tech department, but they never fix this app.

There are always bugs with this app and it never seems to work correctly. Not sure why a company would not invest more money in better app performance.
