While the app allows for edits and skipped available based on what was prescribed for every individual, it never lets for you. My fridge is stacked with veggies on the verge of going bad, rice, canned beans, oinions, potatoes because that's all they have been sending. Too much to keep up with. You can’t get in touch with support by phone thru never answer and when you leave message they don’t respond back to you. Horrible experience.

The app does not go further than asking for your phone number. When hitting “done” nothing further occurs.

I would’ve liked to have tried it but I can’t seem to get into the app. I can’t report an issue to the developer. Is this app even real??
Terrible! Food arrives damaged and hours and days later! warm and have to toss
I have had four orders. The first one I didn’t even know arrived. They never told me, and for some reason I saw it sitting outside my door at midnight, I tossed it in the trash. The second order came and I watched the girl walk it to the door and that one was fine. The third they delivered to the wrong house and three days later after it’s been sitting outside the man’s door the neighbor decides to bring it up to me. Tonight‘s package they claimed it was delivered this morning. It just now arrived to my house. The delivery driver drove up and put it out there. However, it is hot and damaged. The containers are damaged, open, warm and leaking, meaning it’s sat in somebody’s truck all day long. My service is now canceled. I want nothing to do with this company. They’re going to make somebody very sick if not, kill them with bad food. I feel bad for the Insurance company who are paying for this they need to cancel all subscriptions with this company.

Got this app via my employer and it says that my health plan isn’t accepted. Shame on my employer and tangelo for even making a contract that can’t be fulfilled.

… you know, a couple of years before that, I would get these TV Dinner lookin’ things, which is great btw when you have nothing!;) But the fact that these that these bowls of FRESH Real Foods, Twice/Day😊🙏☘️‼️🤙 the fact that you guys have Quinoa with your food is freakin’ Awesome‼️ Quinoa is soo good for the brain, stomach, gut, etc etc… I feel VERY BLESSED to have TANGELOS‼️🤙😊 I LUV TANGELOS‼️🇮🇪☘️🙏

horrible editing system
While the app allows for edits available based on what was prescribed for every individual, it never actually edits them for you. The last 3 deliveries have been 100% inconsistent. I edit my orders to be chicken based meals, but right before the order gets confirmed, it reverts back to “veggie stir fry”. My fridge is stacked with veggies on the verge of going bad because that’s all they have been sending. Too much to keep up with. I’ve contacted support and they have offered some help, but never permanently corrected the issue. Horrible experience.

Worst service—constant wrong orders
This apps service has zero actual customer service and they continue to send me boxes of the wrong food that I haven’t ordered. Absolutely awful.
No variety ,
Don’t do it they send you the same things every week, no changes at all, and more likely than not will change your order, they never seem to have the menu options you choose and will replace them arbitrarily, and standard answer is “ all orders based on availability “ if everything is preordered why are the not enough ingredients ordered to fill your customers orders!

The diet I chose is not available, and they keep sending the same food every week with the same ingredients. I didn't request this, I selected a different diet!

Horrible customer service. I’ve tried to fix my orders EVERY WEEK and EVERY WEEK they change my order BACK to the default which is ridiculous because they gave me 90% VEGAN options…WTH?
No thanks, I don’t want vegan cauliflower quinoa bowls FOR 4 months straight ?! I can’t even stomach the texture of their watery overcooked spinach in most of their bowls they’ve given me. I love veggies but they are overcooked and stringy.
I have messaged multiple customer service reps in the app and none has even responded at all.
There’s zero info to fix or cancel your order…nothing. They see my messages and have been ignoring them, 3 separate reps now. And when I got a single response it was “oh sorry I can’t do anything, want some fresh food instead?” If I wanted fresh food the food bank is right down the street.
So now I’ve had a third week completely wasted!!

Useless App
Shows me options to customize orders, then doesn't let me customize anything at all. I got an entire order without any meat this month. I'm starving, and I've lost an unhealthy amount of weight, especially for my BMI.
Unreliable!
The app itself is fine, but Tangelo's service is inconsistant and unreliable. I require a specialized diet, and despite specifying as such when I signed up, Tangelo frequently sends me food items that do not comply with my dietary needs. I have contacted customers support multiple times, and this problem has not been resolved.
Fortunately I do not rely on Tangelo as my only source of food, because if I did, I would be forced to choose between going hungry for a week or eating food that's bad for my health.
Bottom line: the Tangelo service is great when it works, but very frustrating when it doesn't (which is most of the time). How hard can it be to send me the correct food every week!?

Unusable
At the initial launch once downloaded, the app is asking for access to notifications and it just stops at that screen. There is no button to confirm or reject to move forward with the process. This app needs to be reviewed.
