J'essaie depuis janvier d'avoir accès à Tangerine sur mon cell et toujours la même chose "nous nous excusons de cet inconvénient bla bla bla" le service est indisponible en ce moment! J'ai appelé 4 fois sinon plus pour obtenir soutient et même affaire, "on ouvre un dossier" pis ça ne fonctionne toujours pas aujourd'hui le 19 août! Je dois encore aller sur l'ordi au lieu de l'appli!

Never working
I can never log in. Always says to try again later no matter how many times I delete and reinstall app. Have to do a long workaround process on the browser version to access. Really considering changing banks

Every time I logged in I got this error “We're sorry for the inconvenience. This function is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” I have to delete the app and reinstall and it work after first login after you log out and in back same error I get again. Please fix this issue I don’t know if someone out there having some issue like me.. I love banking with tangerine Thank You

Phone log in problem
It’s been months now I’m trying to get to my account on my iPhone 15 using my email or my card number but I can’t get in always the same message that there is a technical problem with the app. I tried uninstalling and installing again but nothing . But so strange that I can use my tablet to login normally . I tried calling tangerine no one answered me for three hours straight.

No Pay Credit Card Button? [Transfer Only]
One change I really dislike is they removed the “Pay Credit Card” button under Credit card. What could their reasoning be?
Why do they force people to transfer to pay off their credit card balance?
If EQ Bank or any other online bank ever offers Credit Cards or Credit Lines, I’m switching.

Bigoted representatives lock my account when I call because I’m trans, my credit card is glitched and nobody can help me, cannot accept e-transfers, cannot pay my balance. Actively harmful to client wellbeing and financial health. Do not use this bank.
App used to be great, now it’s garbage.
The tangerine app used to be stellar—intuitive UI, smooth operation, stable, and rare if ever errors or issues. Now? It is extremely buggy and random things don’t load and sometimes logging in isn’t even possible. Frequent “oops! Something isn’t quite right! We’re having trouble loading this screen. Please try again!” error messages. As if being all cutesy “tee-hee-hee, OOPS! We made a boo-boo!” somehow makes it all okay. But it is NOT okay if I cannot access my banking services, and your error message is insulting and infuriating. Wouldn’t you feel better producing an app that actually worked well and that you could proudly stand behind? Cuz this ain’t it.

Seems every time I need to move my money or cancel a transfer, the app bugs. And Tangerine won’t allow you to use your phone browser so you’re screwed. Fix it
