Lors de la prise de photo du chèque, c’était écris en espagnol plutôt que français ou anglais, je n’ai pas vu d’option pour corriger cela
Sick of the issues
Login says it’s down, money gets removed from my account but vendors don’t receive it, I wait on hold for phone calls for 8 hours either no resolution. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.
Latest update is junk
All of a sudden I can go back and forth between Transactions, need to reload. Not sure what changes have been made but they need to be rolled back!
Lousy App
Always have problems with this app. Recently had a repeat of previous issues. Unable to trust this app to work as it should. Bank is good but the app needs overhaul.
Edit Payment button not working
You can’t change a scheduled bill payment in the app. Everytime I try I got a nonsense error message. I called support and they said I need to delete the payment and add a new one. If that’s the case, the “Edit Payment” button should be removed, as it’s worse than useless: it’s confusing and asks you to call the support number and wait 30 minutes to talk to someone to tell you it can’t be fixed. I’ve reported this years ago and nothing’s ever been done.

Money thirst
Why is it that after the latest update any time I opened the app it shows me an advertisement banner to open an account or opt in a service? Why are you so thirsty for money? This ruins the experience because each time I have to click on X for the banner to go away and see my account accounts.
Terrible bank
Wouldn’t allow me access to my own money. Told me over the phone to etransfer to someone else in order to withdraw it. I had to pay ICBC over 3 days because of the withdrawal and debit limits. Also uses fake reviews so they don’t look bad. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

J'essaie depuis janvier d'avoir accès à Tangerine sur mon cell et toujours la même chose "nous nous excusons de cet inconvénient bla bla bla" le service est indisponible en ce moment! J'ai appelé 4 fois sinon plus pour obtenir soutient et même affaire, "on ouvre un dossier" pis ça ne fonctionne toujours pas aujourd'hui le 19 août! Je dois encore aller sur l'ordi au lieu de l'appli!

Never working
I can never log in. Always says to try again later no matter how many times I delete and reinstall app. Have to do a long workaround process on the browser version to access. Really considering changing banks

App Not Working After New update to iOS 26.6 🚨🚨🚨
Every time I logged in I got this error “We're sorry for the inconvenience. This function is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” I have to delete the app and reinstall and it work after first login after you log out and in back same error I get again. Please fix this issue I don’t know if someone out there having some issue like me.. I love banking with tangerine Thank You
