Awful experience
Awful Experience, used it before and transaction failed on their end the issued a refund which I had to pursue via emails for 2 months. Made the mistake of using it again they charged my bank held the funds and later asked for resubmitting my documents for no reason. Had really bad experience both times.

Best App and Best Rates
i recently started using TangoPay and i would say the app is easy to use and they offer best rates in the market, i use to send money via other apps but since my friend recommended TangoPay, i am not going to use any other app.

I am trying to send money home because of an emergency. I have received multiple calls and multiple emails to upload documents which i have done every time. But somehow, they miss something every time and ask for something else after 3r hours. So my money’s stuck for 5 days already and still they won’t put any effort to send and ask for other documents.
Now that i want refund they are asking why and telling me it will take 5-7 days. Also, there is no notification that the processing is cancelled. I will not recommend this app to anyone.

Delay of my transaction and kept asking the document and the personal details
I am extremely disappointed with TangoPay. I sent money to my brother in Nepal, and it's been over **17 hours**, and the transaction is still "in process." This delay is completely unacceptable, especially since I’m the one who has to pay the interest for the amount I sent! I expected a quick and reliable service, but instead, I’m stuck waiting .TangoPay has shown they are unreliable and do not care about the customer’s experience or financial situation. I will never use this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it. **Terrible service.**
