Terrible experience and nightmare customer service.
Terrible
used to be called collective benefits and they had so many benefits on there. Majority of the discounts have been removed and the app has gone down. They barely offer anything discount wise and the offers are low. They used to do the cinema deals but removed them.
Vouchers couldn’t load up
Vouchers didn’t open via app or through email at a busy supermarket till. Felt embarrassing while others were waiting for their turn. despite trying to log out and log back in, restating phone several times nothing worked. When contacted their customer service about refund, they came up with internet connection as a possible fault. Silly excuse While I managed to log back in several time and can purchased voucher on their app and with full internet connection.
