Terrible experience and nightmare customer service.

used to be called collective benefits and they had so many benefits on there. Majority of the discounts have been removed and the app has gone down. They barely offer anything discount wise and the offers are low. They used to do the cinema deals but removed them.
Vouchers couldn’t load up
Vouchers didn’t open via app or through email at a busy supermarket till. Felt embarrassing while others were waiting for their turn. despite trying to log out and log back in, restating phone several times nothing worked. When contacted their customer service about refund, they came up with internet connection as a possible fault. Silly excuse While I managed to log back in several time and can purchased voucher on their app and with full internet connection.

Its a bad app and bad company they mislead you
Fatal Bug
I have tried registering and resetting password, but I never get an email response back. Even more disturbing it says that my primary and backup email address is invalid - even though I have used them for over 5 years. This is a fatal bug in their implementation of the app.
Satisfactory App, but unsatisfactory Service
Bought a £50.- Aldi Voucher twice, no issue with the first purchase, but the 2nd one was only loaded with £30.- . When I complaint there was no easy way to check and resolve this, so it was dropped. Bottomline I lost £20.- and I have since deleted my account with Onsi.

I earned £290 my 1st week & Onsi said they authorise £42 what a joke
Crony capitalism
It is bad. To say the least.
Now pointless
No fuel offers except for shell offering 4p off a litre when all shell stations are 7p and upwards more expensive than competitors. So even after the pathetic discount, you’re still paying more than what you would anywhere else. This app gets it’s ambitions mixed up with its capabilities.

Firstly it was much better as collective benefits. I could pay using American Express on the app with Apple Pay. Now they have decided to lower the savings at Morrisons fuel from 5% to 4%.

I enjoyed the benefit it offers but the app is not working since last update…. Would need to go to its website now..please fix the issue

Omg this feels like an endless pool of rewards, from cashback, to saving money on ASDA, Apple and even my fuel. They also run competitions and my friend won Airpods…!
