Terrible and would never ever recommend to anyone unless they wish to be bothered.
This company is a complete scam. How they ever achieved force stars I will never know. Their app does not work at all. It is terrible at tracking when I’m driving. The app does not know how to do its job. I literally drove for three hours straight and it picked up nothing. And I did the thing where I have to chat to a freaking robot and it was no help at all. I told them countless times I have a driving detection issue but nothing was ever done about it. And then they had the audacity to cancel my insurance. I am not exaggerating when I say that this has been going on ever since I joined Zego. I’d rather have a black box. They shouldn’t be blaming their customers and saying oh you have to drive more you have to drive more when no matter how long I drive for this stupid app doesn’t pick anything up. Will never join this insurance again even if it is the cheapest or the only one available. I am warning people to never join. Terrible app and terrible customer service.

So expensive to buy 30 days cover and the price keeps going up all the time
Not actually records
It seems like not, recoding my drive, but walking in the morning. Perhaps because my phone is in my pocket and it moves with my leg. So you need to develop this feature on it otherwise you lose many clients.
