Service is good but place for hold is changed from Gallops to Anchor where services are pathetic
Washroom at Anchor are not clean at all, Food is not at all hygienic after requesting many times to save the time not changing place

App issues on IPhone
Please do get your App checked as it fails to load at plenty of times on different iPhones. App just crashes and doesn’t load again. One has to delete the app and download to book tickets yet the same error.
Not able to select seat
Your algorithm is fu**ed up. I'm not able to select my preferred seat for female. It says book beside someone else who has booked as female. Fix it asap. This is the major bug and not user friendly.
