New app back end
We have updated the app to use DoorDash backend with zero commission. The app is flawless now. Please give it a try.
do not use this app!!!
do NOT download, use or try to order online from this app.
it will reject your order but charge your credit card anyway and you’ll spend weeks of multiple phone calls and visits to the restaurant unsuccessfully trying to get a refund.
it’s a shame because their food is good but not so good that i’m willing to be out $140 and keep trying to get my money back.
either dine in or call in your take out order but do not use ororder from their app. even the staff said “oh this happens all the time” when i went in and was told they’d issue a refund that they never did provide.

Super confusing interface
The checkout process in the app leaves your order up after you pay as if it hasn’t processed. Insanely, there’s not even an email confirmation so you have no clue whether it went through or not.
Tanoor’s food deserves a better app
This app’s user interface is bizarre, and a case study in terrible design. The five star reviews are friends and relatives of the app author or have never used a phone app before.
Buttons are in weird locations. Thinks you should click on are greyed out. You cannot do basic things like edit a menu item. (Delete and re-add.) When the order is submitted the app suggests you to call the restaurant to verify it’s been received. There is an email, but it’s lacking any useful information like the time selected or what was in the order. It thus becomes a leap of faith that everything works out.
Apple Pay is an improvement over an earlier version requiring you enter credit card info In separate boxes.
While the prices are same as menu, there are unexplained service charges (5%) added on at the end after tip.
I love Tanoor but hate this app. After each order I delete it, it bothers me so much.

Can you adopt Square or Clover
The app doesn't even work on some devices. Horrible UX as well.
