• You can now configure a Dashboard screen that lets you turn your document's form data into charts, summaries, and quick insights. Your dashboard can be customized by adding widgets for any form in your document. Widgets include charts, lists, summaries, and scripts. • On the Settings screen, you can now enable the Trashcan feature so that when an item in your document is deleted, Tap Forms Pro will archive it and store it in the trash. You can view the contents of the trash and restore any selected items or empty the trash completely. • The Form symbol picker from macOS is now available on iOS. Use it to give your forms personality by choosing from a very large selection of classic icons, emojis, and SF Symbols. • There was an issue with Cloud+ Sync where some deleted records could be reappear after a sync. • Fixed a few more bugs in this release.

Tap Forms Pro / excellent customer service

I originally used the Bento program and then transitioned over to Tap Forms years ago. I recently upgraded to Tap Forms Pro. As a senior, I don't usually make changes to software I already know, so I was a little hesitant. I needn't have been.

The Tap Forms program is excellent, but what truly stands out is the support. Every time I have had a question, the developer has replied promptly with clear, helpful answers. He is patient, approachable and genuinely cares about both his product and the people who use it.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tap Forms Pro. It is an outstanding database program backed by exceptional customer service.

Fantastic software and even better Support

I’ve been using Tap Forms for years and it has always been great. Brendan is fantastic at support. When I send in a question, there is never a long wait, and he stays on top of the situation until you understand the fix and know how to use it. He is a great model for all companies to follow for support. No matter what the problem, Brendan is always willing to help and he stays with the problem until it is fixed and you understand how to use it.. It’s an awesome database package and an awesome guy in Brendan for his fantastic support.
