Tap Forms Pro / excellent customer service
I originally used the Bento program and then transitioned over to Tap Forms years ago. I recently upgraded to Tap Forms Pro. As a senior, I don't usually make changes to software I already know, so I was a little hesitant. I needn't have been.
The Tap Forms program is excellent, but what truly stands out is the support. Every time I have had a question, the developer has replied promptly with clear, helpful answers. He is patient, approachable and genuinely cares about both his product and the people who use it.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tap Forms Pro. It is an outstanding database program backed by exceptional customer service.

Tap Forms Is Amazing!
Tap Forms is the best platform I have found anywhere to organize my products, and syncs beautifully between all of my devices. The personal attention Brendan has always promptly offered to solve any concerns is remarkable. I highly recommend!
Fantastic software and even better Support
I’ve been using Tap Forms for years and it has always been great. Brendan is fantastic at support. When I send in a question, there is never a long wait, and he stays on top of the situation until you understand the fix and know how to use it. He is a great model for all companies to follow for support. No matter what the problem, Brendan is always willing to help and he stays with the problem until it is fixed and you understand how to use it.. It’s an awesome database package and an awesome guy in Brendan for his fantastic support.

I could no longer afford Filemaker and I found this app. Priced for a household and family use, but with the power and functions of the ridiculously priced FMP. What a perfect replacement. Thank you Brendan for developing this software.
Brilliant Database/Forms App
After two decades of using Filemaker for all my work and personal databasing/form needs, and being very unhappy with Claris of late, I came across Tap Forms Pro and realised this could help me break the chains. I was able to recreate all of the forms I wanted, import the data over, and I’ve had everything up and running for over a month now. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The iOS versions give me what I need from portable, and the mac app gives me full-fat. It’s a very powerful system with lots of tools to achieve complex outcomes where needed, and a responsive Developer. Highly recommended.

The BEST!
I love this app and have been using it for years! I have so many different databases to help me stay organized — i.e recipes, favorite quotations, meeting notes, student tracking lists, etc. The developer is so responsive to my questions, and continues to keep everything updated to work with all of the macOS updates. There’s no other database out there that compares to this, and I’ve tried many different ones! Five stars!!

The Best Database App for the Mac and iOS by Far
This app is truly one of THE Best Apps I have ever purchased. And I have purchased a great many apps in the App Stores since it opened. This includes Mac and iOS. I first bought it when it was Tap Forms Lite…..way, way back. I dabbled with it but didn't use it much. Last year I purchased Tap Forms 5. One app for the Mac and one for iOS. I then tried Tap Forms Pro…..And I was hooked. I use it more and more every day.
I keep finding more and more way to use it.
And I really like that just one subscription per year includes both Mac and all my iOS devices.
This app will make you more productive.
And it's actually a fun app to use.
And the Support from the Developer is A+.

Couldn’t Do Without It
This is clearly the best database application for Mac. The enhancements made in the Pro version are well worth the subscription especially on the family plan. I designed my own CRM in Tap Forms rather than go with the difficult off-the-shelf structure of other products - I could plan it out from the ground up. Rather than pay multiple subscriptions for other products Tap Forms can meet the needs of many of them which includes the linkage with Apple Calendar and Reminders. An invaluable product.

Migrating assistance was fantastic
Brendan is a consummate business/support person. I had my data in a usable form within a day and a half. I have had success with this data base for many years. This is the first time I had to reach out for support and I was not disappointed. Highest review!!
Very Good, but …
It’s really not particularly easy to use on an iPad. Scrolling can be complicated, placing cursor is as hopeless as with any Apple handheld. For some inexplicable reason the whole record column often (inconsistent) needs pulled to update fields, other times the field needs to be touched, yet others, other fields need to be touched. Lots of other annoying things which may well be in the full cost (for Mac) version, which I can understand … but since I don’t own a mac… That all said, it’s still the most friendly I’ve come across.

This is an absolutely brilliant ap. I’ve been using it for (I think) 15 years. It is intuitive for amateurs like myself and never falls over. But the help backup (if ever needed on upgrades) is immediate, friendly and no hassle. I’d be lost without it

I have been using Tap Forms for years. I recently upgraded to Tap Forms Pro and the update was seamless. The update was completed and data migrated without a problem. I highly recommend Tap Forms Pro, especially for Mac users. It runs extremely well with Mac OS. The support is outstanding, and prompt.

Developer responds to problems
Developer responds to problems. My Tap Forms Pro had stopped working because an anti-malware program (big-name, comes out top in reviews) was preventing access to the subscription database. I would never have spotted this, but Brendan worked it out and now everything’s fixed.

MacとiPad、iPhoneで使用していますが、同期がうまくいく時とできない時があります。少し様子を見ます。
ちなみにiCloud+は、「すでにファイルが存在します」と表示されて、うまく設定できませんでした。
