Gutes Programm - nutze es seit vielen Jahren
Leider ohne weitere Updates. Die neue Abo-Version ist mir zu teuer. Ich werde bald auf ein anders Programm umsteigen. Das ist sehr schade.
Tap Forms
I have used Tap Forms for some time now and when I lost the program in a computer crash I was devastated. A quick email and my licence was renewed and seamlessly I was up and running again. I use TF on my iPhone, my iPad and my iMac and it is brilliant. Five stars are not enough.

バージョン5にバージョンアップしたら、検索が全然駄目。検索出来ないか、ヒット漏れがあり、使えない。前のバージョンの検索に戻して欲しい。

My sincere apologies. Tap Forms Pro has a much better search engine for Japanese text. The previous Tap Forms 5 version requires spaces to be between every word in order for search results to be found. But Tap Forms Pro does not require that so searching works much better in Japanese. Keep track of books
An avid reader, I use Tap Forms to log books that I have read. My list numbers more than 550 over the last dozen years and this allows me to keep track of authors that I wish to read more of, search by title and also OCR interesting text that I might easily locate and refer to later.
Plus, I love how Tap Forms syncs my iPhone and MacBook Air effortlessly. Highly recommended!

Dank und Empfehlung
Kürzlich habe ich von einer neun Jahre alten Version auf Tap Forms 5 umgestellt. Die Migration verlief ohne Probleme. Alle Fragen zur Orientierung hat das Entwicklerteam wie gewohnt schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Es sind nun schon mehr als 13 Jahre, in denen ich diverse Sachen und Sammlungen in Tap Forms organisiere. Eine sehr erfreuliche Kontinuität. Vielen Dank und meine Empfehlung.

Ça fait des années que j’utilise Tap Forms. Cette application est tout simplement géniale, très intuitive et avec des possibilités que je n’ai pas toutes testées.
La réactivité du développeur est au rendez-vous. J’ai pu la tester à quelques reprises et je n’ai jamais été déçu, tant sur le temps de réponse que sur la qualité de la réponse.
Le prix de cette application me paraît tout à fait justifié.

Have loved Tap Forms for years.
Having been able to create my own password, database has made it very easy for me to find passwords in a very short time. The program does sync between different platforms, so I have it on my iPhone, iPad and my Mac. Great program.

I have been using TapForms for many years and it has never let me down. In fact I use it daily for call records, cooking recipes, charity fund raising, you name it. I couldn’t imagine doing without it. My setup has become quite sophisticated over the years, with colours, saved searches and more. It is one of my top apps, if not the top app.
Most of all, when I am stuck, which is not often, emailing Brandon will result in a response in minutes. What a customer service ! So personal !

Lost data
Twice this year I’ve lost all my information, it has taken it back six months each time. Not able to recover which is not ok.
Everything is gone
I was up way to late trying to get some of my information, after opening the app all my information was gone! I reached out to the support an left a email. That morning (saturday) there was a message from Brandon leading me towards a direction, that coupled with reasearching my phone settings we were able to get it working once again, i have had this app for MANY years an i was amazed how fast they got back to me, and on a weekend!

Update for new review 10/23/25
I really appreciate having Tap Forms to manage my database. Without it I would be brainless. It is my offline storage. Easy to use and I do not even use all the available features that it comes with. Thanks Brendan.
Again I needed help when Apple changed their OS for the iMac and the IOS for the iPhone causing issues with the syncing.
Thanks to a very quick response from Brendan and his suggestions how to solve it I was up and running again quickly and easily. Thanks again for a job well done.

Best Personal database management system
I have used tap forms since it first came out. I have found increasing uses for this program with very few limitations. I have created databases to take care of passwords, sign-on to websites, personal finances, asset management, photography, image index, and a whole host of other useful things, including personal medical records. It is an awesome and easy to use database to handle all the little pieces of information that are so vital for our digital life nowadays. It can easily be customized to serve whatever purpose you have in mind. Even though it’s easy to use it also has power, security and synchronization capabilities. Every year, the author of the program keeps improving it and making it better. I haven’t tried the pro version yet, but I’m sorely tempted. You won’t be sorry you got it if you at all want to manage your digital life.

update is elegant and comprehensive. I have a few questions but one of the best things about this app is Brendan, the very helpful and friendly developer.
