Great user friendly platform
Was told about this site from a friend. Wish it was advertised better for others to use as this platform has great rewards for using the card and is so easy to use, like any other bank card but all online.
That and all other facilities this app offers, it’s now my main store of money.

Beware they will take your assets
I downloaded this app in 2023 and haven’t used it much. I was just holding some crypto waiting for it to make some money. I just checked and found they had helped themselves to my crypto as payment for an inactivity fee. Spoke to support and apparently they can just take what they want. Users beware.

Costs are too high for routine usage of withdrawals and transfers. Just crazy and unsustainable
Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. The app literally told me I was approved, only to show a 'rejected' screen a second later. Don't bother downloading this if you don't want to be lied to.
Just waiting for XTP
Just waiting for tap’s XTP coin to be available in the USA along with their card. Then this will be my go to app for crypto.
Avoid
They closed my account after 4 years 50000 euro incoming so avoid i think they are scammers from Cyprus.
Please don’t
This is an utterly pointless token. I invested £50k just as it was being launched, with all sorts of promises. That £50k is now worth £77, not £77k, just £77.00. DO NOT INVEST IN TAP!

Lost phone number.....there is no way to gain access to this app...
Uniquely terrible
Made a deposit- which has not been shown as received in the app. Nightmare

£4900 stuck in my account giving me the same error message for two months. Gives me the same automated message every single day when I message or email. Been saying they will give me a update for the whole time. Useless.
Fees fees all fees
Every transaction takes a spread (even fiat currencies) unlike Monzo. Even worse if you withdraw to another bank you get hit with another £2 fee. Oh and do you want a bank card? That’s an extra £20 please. Avoid this at all costs, just pickup Revolut or Monzo and don’t pay the horrendous fees

Fee to top up, fee to transfer money to currency that your card can use, fee to top up, fee to withdraw, and half the time you have no clue there is a fee or what it will be until after you’ve done what you’re trying to do
Bad customer service and account review
Since 10 weeks I’ve not been able to access the money in my account. I’ve wrote the customer service and technical support team countless times but nothing has been. I think that department doesn’t exist and people are being deceived on that. It’s really bad to Experience this. I won’t recommend for a friend or family

tap - Excellent Support
I used the in-App Chat to get my address changed (you can’t do it yourself as they need documentary proof.. so I submitted a .pdf of a recent bank statement. Their verification process accepted my document BUT their App did not reflect the Address change.
They talked me through various things to do… logging out/in to their App erc. but it still refused the change (although they saud it was “now showing” on their side.
They told me to DELETE the App COMPLETELY… then reload it from the 🍏Apple App Store… then Login again… which I did - and it WORKED !!! 😎

DO NOT USE
Had been using tap for over a year now at the start of 2024 they started giving me a error not allowing me to use MY funds after months of messaging and the same response I asked them to just close my account and withdraw my funds to a wallet. (AFTER MONTSH OF BACK AND FORTH MESSAGED WITH THEY SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE) They closed my account and I sent them my wallet address, it never arrived been weeks now still the same response waiting on the relevant team and no update. DO NOT USE

Great App
Really impressive app. I have been using it for over a year and the service is amazing. I researched the app before using it and the company follows all of the rules and looks very trustworthy.

I had a small amount of bitcoin which I converted into GBP on the 18th Feb. I also on the 18th Feb tried to withdraw the GBP to my bank account. It said it was “creating the account” or something, and I would be notified when it’s ready… whatever that means. Anyway, here we are nearly 2 months later, and multiple live support chat messages and they still have my money. Now when I re-request the withdrawal it says e-banking not enabled on my account?!?
They just keep fobbing me off with excuses.
