Great at first then stopped
This app allowed to record some important calls 2 years ago for some legal stuff. It was my most trusted app. I tried using it again this year and now it’s not letting me even log in with my new phone. I tried using a a different app and it was a hassle. I tried going back to this app and it’s still not letting me log in. I wish it still worked for me. I was a loyal customer even during the months I wasn’t using it. Which saddens me because now that I need it I can’t even use it .

I got this on a two week free trial. I know that I would be charged after that but they charged me 9.99 a week.

Had recordings that still show with time recorded. They were recorded and merged as instructed. I can no longer play the recordings. Submitted a request for assistance and only got information back that said I needed to make sure I merged my future calls

Was charged twice and told ineligible for a refund. Don’t buy, you will be charged twice.
I cannot update my phone # and they cannot help neither
This is maybe the 19th time i send email to update my new phone # on file, and they never even tried to help. I cannot use the app anymore.

Lost everything. Avoid.
After using this app for over 10 years, I cannot sign back in and there is zero support outside of an AI machine. I will be looking for another app. Lost everything. Backing up is also extremely tedious. Avoid.

I’m writing this After fighting with their AI support as they keep telling me the features are listed in the paywall. On my version of phone they are not. They send me links to example.com domains to help. One of the worst most incompetent tech support help I’m ever experience.
