What happened?
I use this app for years with no issues, all of a sudden now I can’t use it. They did something to change the app and I am no longer going to use it.

Great at first then stopped
This app allowed to record some important calls 2 years ago for some legal stuff. It was my most trusted app. I tried using it again this year and now it’s not letting me even log in with my new phone. I tried using a a different app and it was a hassle. I tried going back to this app and it’s still not letting me log in. I wish it still worked for me. I was a loyal customer even during the months I wasn’t using it. Which saddens me because now that I need it I can’t even use it .

Had recordings that still show with time recorded. They were recorded and merged as instructed. I can no longer play the recordings. Submitted a request for assistance and only got information back that said I needed to make sure I merged my future calls
