LET DOWN TOO $$$ STAY AWAY
I didn’t mind the one-off top ups, read enough reviews to know to avoid a subscription and was lucky enough to find a few stories that really engaged my brain and didn’t waste coins. In short I’ve spent a lot of money here, even beyond earning free coins n things. But Sept 2026 you’ve just made it EVEN MORE RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE per chapter and topping up for fewer coins. And I was in the middle two books that are now no longer accessible.

Any Story
While I am able yo read a story I find, I am wishing it is really written for the English. Meaning, all your Chinese culture is not included in the story. NO more slapping. We don’t do that. NO more bowing to each other. NO more telling each other to ‘go rest’ as if a person didn’t know to do that at the end of their day. And NO more ‘Grandparents’ deciding YOUR life. We respect our grandparents but they do not control our lives with their stupidity. Just saying

Needs fixing
With the many ads that pop up when you open the app, I find it absurd that trying to unlock a chapter with ads just to for the notification “request for the video ad failed” to show up. This needs to be fixed how do you expect people to stay when soo many ads pop up and yet non are available when trying to unlock a chapter. It’s ridiculous

Regret downloading, AI scam!
There is no option to “unsubscribe” or “do not auto renew”. The only way to end it is to “delete account”. Even though I did that and followed the instructions, it totally still renewed and charged me. Customer service is slow and terrible, and clearly an AI bot. I don’t even know who is messaging me back and when I tried asking for a number they said they don’t have phone support. I regret downloading. I’m still trying to resolve the issue and still don’t know if I’m going to keep getting charged.

There story telling is very good
Getting ridiculous
At the beginning of an ongoing story we only needed 20 odd or at the most 32 coins to unlock a chapter … now we are being charged 38-42 coins for the same length or often shorter chapters WHY???
Seems extremely unfair for us non paying readers & very greedy of Tapon … would have been a higher rating but the increasing ‘charges’ are getting ridiculous.
Also very recently the 3 free spins rewards have dropped from an average 8/10 … yesterday was the 1st time I have seen 1 & 2 coins as a reward.
Disappointing

Bait and Switch
The app has bait and switches all over the place. You can read a chapter after watching two ads, but the button errors out on the 2nd ad and won’t load. Or if the ads aren’t consecutive it doesn’t count. App’s goal is only ads and makes it as inconvenient as possible to actually read the story. STAY AWAY!

I bought coins to continue reading after the free chapters. Funny thing the chapters will STILL not unlock. I have been asking for a refund for 3 weeks. Then today I see not only have i NOT received a refund, but they even charged me for more USELESS coins.

Misleading
It stated “ALL CHAPTERS FREE” …. They are not!!
Cannot cancel subscription
I have legitimately enjoyed stories and spent money but they have made it impossible to cancel a reoccurring coin pack and no one will help. Do not give them your money until they make it possible to cancel.
Too Expensive
Terrible grammar, sentences don’t make sense and the chapters are too expensive for the amount of coins you get. I would not recommend this app. There are others way better.

先月課金していないにもかかわらず、taponからの請求が4.5件来ていました。
全て確認しましたが、ポイントが追加された形跡もなければ、請求だけ来ている状態。
その件で問い合わせをしましたが、
「お問い合わせいただきありがとうございます。また、ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。 身に覚えのないご請求に関する件につきまして、正確に状況を確認し対応させていただくため、専門のカスタマーサポートにお繋ぎいたします。少々お待ちください。」からの丸一日返答が何もない状況。再度問い合わせしたところ、同じ文が来て、不正請求の日付と金額を伝えても、サブスクの解約の案内しか来ないのですが、サブスクには存在しない金額。
カードを止める羽目になりました。

Am liebsten würde ich dieser App keinen Stern geben. Passt bloß auf was ihr euch holt, ich habe anscheinend ein Versteckes Abo abgeschlossen und kann es nicht einmal kündigen. Die netten Mitarbeiter antworten dir einmal ,, dass sie dich weiterleiten,, aber da passiert nichts.
Noch nie so enttäuscht von einem Kundenservice gewesen. Solltet ihr wie ich dasselbe Problem haben, wendet euch an Paypal oder eure Zahlungsquelle und versucht dort euer Geld wiederzubekommen.
