I have caught a with TARC on demand a few times. Even enjoyed a conversation with the driver. Very cheap and lower price than for Uber and Lyft. I just wish you guys would advertise it more on television more. I do wish you guys would expand it to Charlestown and Clarksville more. I do work in an area where there’s no bus stops. The cost of traveling is getting very expensive with Uber and Lyft.

Terrible!!!!
This app is terrible. It send you out of your way to catch more buses when there is a bus route that could take you closer to where you’re trying to go. It does not show scheduling, instead you have to “book a ride“, which I don’t understand how you book a ride on transit authority of River city so I guess that must be new. but then, when you attempt to “book a ride” you’re putting in the address for it to show you buses going out of your direction. This app is horrific. I expect more of transit authority of River city.

5$ for any ride, they all are nice and communicate well! This deserves so much more recognition!
