You can enter details about your flights but you will not have a link to Tarom offers and promotions and if you search maybe you will find at some point the boarding passes…
Bad app
I can’t even find the name of the airport in Bucharest by searching its name, not even the city, only by searching Romania.
Horrible
Whenever I open the app it does not work. It’s frozen for a few seconds and then it just closes.
Not functional app
This app doesn’t work for some days, it was hard to access it before, you needed to open it for several times before to actually access it, but, for at least three days, it’s impossible to access it. Simply, doesn’t work. I lost a plane ticket and a credited miles for a flight. I will address to the consumer protection office.

No integration with Wallet
In 2025 it’s not acceptable to have a flight app which is not integrated with apple wallet, more so when this feature was working in the past.

Can t relay on it
It is a joke not a functional app, the boarding passes are called carte de mbarcare, goes straight to spam, same for invoices…
Really someone from tarom should spend time testing all of it. Half of the times it will not work, has issues showing the boarding passes or the trips that were just purchased, list can go on…

Adding boarding pass to Apple wallet doesn't work
Since several months the adding of the boarding pass to Apple wallet doesn't work. Since this stopped working on the Tarom app I started checking in through the Check My Trip app, but since last week this doesn't work there also. Last time I needed to go to the check-in desks to take a paper card. When are you going to fix that bug? It is very annoying and I travel every week twice with your company.

Where’s the wallet option?
Not optimized for different devices, can’t add boarding pass to wallet, timed out several times and couldn’t complete check in (had to do it on desktop instead).
Too much for the app
Va rog sa faceți o actualizare! Aplicația nu poate duce mai mult de 3 rezervări curente şi dă crash!
Unusable app
Struggle to buy tickets when app is closing 7 times and when you want to make checkin its not possible because the app is not responding

The latest update broke the application. I’m stuck on a loading screen because the app can’t find my flight.
Eroare adăugare rezervare
De aproximativ o săptămână nu mai reușesc adăugarea unei rezervări in app, sta in ecran cu mesajul “Durează mai mult decit de obicei. Aveți rabdare…” la infinit.
