Worked for a week
This worked out for only a week then they reduce the amount of tasks that I had available to me. Finally after four weeks, the app is no longer working and it continuously says, “hands out of view” even though my hands are in the view of the recording. I attempted to contact their customer support, but the number is provided took me to Blue Cross Blue Shield and then some weird wiki company so no customer support. I submitted two recordings today exactly 2 minutes ago so if the app creator really cares about it, they’ll fix it.

The latest update ruined this app
Took all my tasks away for weeks and as someone who had a 99% approval rate and thousands of minutes of tasks submitted I figured I’d be treated a little better, however when i finally got some tasks to do they were all narration, which ok I’ll do, the problem is narration tasks always claim to not be able to see my hands at all, regular tasks work perfectly but all narration tasks are broken it seems, literal 0% hands shown in every video, very annoying, so I worked for free, and sent in multiple emails and I have heard NOTHING, not to mention they cut the video time limits down to 10 minutes which is not really enough to do some complex tasks, so essentially I’ll get a 1/4th through a project for them, run out of time 3 times, then the task is taken away from me, absolutely trash now, and I used to LOVE this app.

It’s been over three weeks now that we haven’t seen no new task. Is this app going to put up more task or this was just one time thing has high reviews for something that stopped working weeks ago for everyone no new task no new assignments no new anything

Detecting hands
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and for some reason the app does not detect my hands after it starts recording. Kind of very frustrating, but can’t even get past the second task to check the camera and my camera is centered on a chest mount with my hands centered trying to take on a task washing dishes

app doesn’t even let you start
It keeps sending me to the waitlist an when i click notify me it removes it and makes me click it again and the waitlist never opens so you can’t even join and stary

I was doing this for some extra cash from home, and everything was going well—I was making money. But now, with the new update requiring me to narrate everything... they really went too far, and they aren't even paying more for the narration. I'm done with it—I'm not interested in doing it this way anymore.

Personally, I think putting the phone on your head to record is a little much phone gets warm/hot with cellular services and maybe not everybody knows this but im not trying to fry myself to get paid to do simple chores maybe we could put the phone somewhere else? That’s not so close the the brain?🧠 this should be a health ⚠️

I just started using it and theres only 3-4 tasks and the videos can only last up to 10 minutes and youre able to make 3 videos per task so 30 minutes…. Why cant we do more time or more tasks? Pleassee
