I have used this app since 2017 and I have experienced a lot of difficulty in getting support about combining duplicated accounts. I have emailed twice with all details so I donāt lose my years of favourites. Trying to navigate the subscription details is atrocious the updated version of the app is NOT user friendly to say the least. Very disappointing

Move AI tastebud
The amount of times Iāve gone to search something specific and typed into your AI search is insane. Please move this to a different part of the app
Customer service are unhelpful and the app is glitchy
I have had multiple issues where my favourited recipes are deleted. I have called the customer service line to resolve this issue and they have been entirely unable to assist me.

I used to enjoy this app, when it worked. I signed up but after a month or so it has stopped working. I deleted and downloaded again , still just grinds away trying to give me a recipe , but never gets there .

The general recipe search needs ārecipes withoutā such as egg, nuts etc. Otherwise great range of recipes but Iāll go back to using the free service on the website for now.

Can you fix this scrolling animation pleaseā¦
The animation when scrolling on the homepage isnāt very intuitive scrolling down makes it jump around and cut off the top recipes, then you scroll back up to see it, and it jumps back down againā¦ I have a screen recording if needed. Not a great UX.
No garlic allergy warnings
My Nan is severely allergic to garlic and just recently she has cooked about half way through an amazing keto dish and then realised that this app had instructed her to add 4 cloves of garlic in which the allergy warnings had not warned her about the garlic and she had wasted her money on something she couldnāt eat, otherwise i totally recommend this app (pls add garlic to your allergy list pls)

Bring back the old cook mode. We need to see the ingredient list and amounts at the same time as the directions!!!!!!!!
Do not bother
Save feature doesnāt work, despite not using it for 6-months app still records me as over the limit of 10 recipes a month, slow. Do not bother.

Stupid app! We get 10 free recipes a month however after i have viewed 1 it blocks me saying i have viewed 10 but the web version of this App is free . This app should be free so dumb!
Terrible new search engine
I love the recipes but the new search engine is woeful. It never finds what I want so I end up using google. Even giving the exact words in the recipe title it canāt find the recipe.

Why pay?
Why should I pay a subscription when Iāve been using the website for free for more than 10 years. Canāt even access my saved recipes after viewing 10. Iāll happily watch ads there!
Very useful
Love the ability to create and edit a shopping list direct from a recipe, and the ability to add my own āotherā shopping ingredients. No more hand written shopping lists! One suggestion, while I like cooking mode, it would be nice to see the ingredients and their quantities for each step. I would definitely use this feature if that was the case. Thanks.
