Convenience Fee Charging on making payments by Card

Every payment, irrespective of insurance premium, electricity or anything else, one cannot use neucoins and if try to make payments via NeuCard, charging hefty convenience fee and GST over it.

The worst

I have had medicine orders canceled with the reason being it was logistically not possible to deliver. If that is the case, why show delivery in 45 minutes or 60 minutes. You call customer service, it reminds me of the days of AOL. Dumb script readers, with no motivation to resolve. They just raise a ticket and ask to wait for 24 hours.

New experience- I ordered a cooler day before that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Delivery window 9 AM to 9 PM. No information to contact delivery person. Chat with customer care, they escalated issue at 4 PM. Call customer care at 8:45 PM they say wait for 24 hours. Does Tata think, they are so precious that we will sit waiting at home for 48 hours for a delivery?

Oh and don’t get me started on how bug ridden the app is. It deserves -5⭐️.

Worst application

Guys please focus on your application, it was in very very poor statge, we indians trust the tata group platforms and business but this application “ Tata Neu” was very bad, all the prices and services are good but the application performance was really bad, i just added 10000 rupees worth items in my cart and when i go to make a payment it says “This page was not available “ not only this we are having very poor performance on each and every click in the application. It’s time to invest some funds on application guys.

App sucks, design and advertising is bad. Full of advertisements on shopping page. Plus no proper option to make bill payments. I tried paying bills 5 times, no proper channel to pay credit card bill

This site needs a ground zero overhaul. It is the exact opposite of simple. A lot of stupid offers, overwhelming, yet hard to find what you are looking for.

Delayed Orders

The order delivery date shifts by three days from the date given whilst placing an order. This despite paying an additional amount for expedited delivery! Wake up guys and learn something from Amazon

Keep getting error “something went wrong. Try again”, after selecting the Time Window

Same thing happened last month.
Your Chat app needs “Other reasons” for selection. My Error issue is not listed in the choices.

Unable to login

Big technical bugs in this app. I’m unable to log into BBDAILY after I updated my email ID on this Neu app. Do not update your email ID on this app otherwise your BBDAILY account will get locked completely.

Such a shame that I have balance in my wallet but these companies- Neu, BBDAILY can’t resolve such a critical account management bug.
