Never want to approve
It is very difficult dealing with this insurance company. You get a message in the app that you were denied and instructed to go to a WhatsApp page. When you go there and enter your information, it takes 10 minutes before you even get to the medical part of the WhatsApp page. After all that you upload documents, answer questions and then. Suddenly no one answers and you are chatting by yourself.
