Terrible on an iPad. Absolutely awful.
Uploaded material lost before saved.
I was uploading multiple documents by photos and when updating the tax year, the uploaded material “vanished,” going to the bottom of my iPad screen. I am unable to retrieve it. Help!

Awful Software
My financial advisor wants me to use this but so far it’s unusable. I can’t find a major institution like fidelity and the autofill passwords function doesn’t work. Very frustrating.
Won’t work with MFA
The automatic download feature won’t work due to MFA. Also you can’t upload documents directly from financial institutions. The documents must be externally downloaded then uploaded to TaxCaddy.
Don’t like
Takes too much time and the app is clumsy
Pretty good
It keeps opening to tax year 2022, so each time I have to remember to change to the current year. Then when looking at documents I uploaded, it gets stuck and there is no way to go back and see the document list. Which is a challenge if I may have accidentally uploaded the same doc twice, or failed to upload one.

Terrible
Not intuitive. Poor scanning quality and after fighting with it to get all of my documents uploaded my accountant could not see them. Absolutely begging me to “try smart links” at every turn. What’s a smart link? No explanation offered. Wish I could give zero stars.
Bugs
Many bugs logging in. Tech support is not helping much.

This is a terrible unfriendly program! It is virtually impossible to review what has been entered and to change it.
Still buggy after all these years…..
While better than a couple of years ago, this thing still crashes unexpectedly, does not play well with financial companies (banks, brokerages) and freezes when least expected. Hoping that the powers that be will continue working on it as this could be awesome if it worked like expected.

iPadPro
When I try to upload docs from Intralinks and/or Microsoft Outlook the program freezes and I can't download the docs so the program is worthless.
Worst ever
Every time I tried to upload something the app wouldn’t let me know it was uploaded so I had to upload it again then I ended up uploading the same thing several times. Also, I don’t see my tax return in the app. I don’t see my invoice in the app I don’t see my tax payments in the app. I’m not sure what this app is good for.
