If the developer is reading. Please respond to support. No one from client support will get back to you. Very buggy. If the owners of this app actually read reviews, have the decency to respond to paying customers!!!
Poor reliability
If the reliability doesn’t improve I’m cancelling my subscription. The app was good up thru 2024. But in 2025 and early 2026 it’s HORRIBLE. LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVES NOW
Fundamentally has not worked since early 2025 update
Over the years, TaxDay was a decent, easy to use app, even if on the expensive side.
In early 2025 they did a major software change and it rarely tracks locations correctly. Support is slow to respond and always says a fix is on the way, that doesn’t fix.
If you want a tax tracking app, TaxDay is NOT able to do that. Sad for them, they have destroyed their product.
