They don't understand users
Signup and login with Google fails out of gate. No faceid support anywhere for IOS, so even retrieving one's credentials with 1password means its password has to be typed manually EACH TIME I NEED TO LOGIN. I could vibecode a better app in a weekend. There was no thought put into it by any shred of the imagination.

Difficile de payer avec l’application
I’m J’ai tenté de payer mes 2 taxis aujourd’hui avec l’application mais une fenêtre d’erreur est apparu à chaque fois. Mes infos de crédit n’ont pas changés alors pourquoi une fois sur 10 est-ce que cela fonctionne pas.

Nothing works properly even to set up an account! Can’t read credit card, can’t accept manual entry. Time wasted! Bottom of the barrel, worst IT I’ve seen for taxi apps.

This app is as behind the times as the entire Taxi industry. What is the point of having the stupid app if you still have to pay in the cab? Why did I register my payment information? Like Morse code or the pony express, you’re dying.

Je sais pas combien vous avez payer pour votre application mais une plante verte avec accès à chatgpt aurait surment fais mieux. La page pour entré une carte non fonctionnel, une fois déconnectée demande à nouveau ton num de telephone te dis qu’il existe dejà ensuit te dit t’attendre 5 min pour te connecter. J’ai pris un UBER.

Impossible d’entrer une carte
J’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises avec ma tablette ou mon téléphone de m’inscrire et d’ajouter ma carte et j’ai toujours un message d’erreur.

Wow le ui est vrm 1990, mais c'est pas le pire, le backend et auth est brisée. L'app me laisse pas utiliser le localisation pcq je suis "not authenticated" mais aussi me laisse pas log in our log out et me montre toujours le message "error: not authenticated". Pi si tu veux pas utiliser Uber ben le robot au telephone est encore pire.

Pre order is always late
If you plan on pre ordering a taxi, buffer 15 minute ahead as they don’t seem to value your time. There’s an apparent gap between the app and the dispatch having talked directly with the customer service from the Taxi. The concept is good. The app is garbage.

Une refonte est nécessaire
Si vous souhaitez vraiment concurrencer Uber, il faut proposer une application à la hauteur. L’actuelle est truffée de bugs, peu intuitive, et manque de fonctionnalités essentielles comme Apple Pay ou les Live Activities. C’est dommage, car il ne manquerait pas grand-chose pour offrir une vraie alternative locale et crédible aux géants américains. Une refonte moderne et stable ferait toute la différence.

Operator says reservation for airport and hospital only
I can’t believe you have an app with a reservation functionality (that won’t work at the moment), that allows (when working ) for any destination, but your operator strongly says that anyhow, you can’t reserve for anything but the airport or the hospital! Please reach 2025 soon guys! You’re missing the buss!!

Can’t add cards, other app for paiement is bugged too

Marche très bien pour moi, tout comme le rabais de 10 %. Il ne manque qu’Apple Pay comme option de paiement. Presque toutes les autres applications de taxi l’offrent. Merci !
Connexion et inscription impossible
Il propose 10% de rabais si tu utilise l’application, mais l’application ne prend t’inscrire ou t’identifier. Code d’erreur constant peu importe le choix que tu fais.
