Awful, they simply don’t respond
Compared to other apps it’s a joke , might just be getting personal data , no taxis were despatched , no replies were obtained , total timewasters

Ordered my first taxi. Driver took the job then immediately completed it. Took the money. No way of contacting the business. AVOID.

This app like all this taxi service is a piece of… Useless. Nobody comes, nobody speaks English. Zero service

Чтоб зарегистрироваться надо мейл, телефон и фото. Ну ладно. Оформила заказ - через минуту он в статусе выполнен. Оформила еще раз, ждите 6 минут. Мы ждали пять раз по шесть минут, на звонки автоответчик.
Un desastre
En verano no hay taxis llamas y no te cogen el teléfono en la app no te coge ningún taxi, ojalá venga Uber , Bolt y Cabify que es necesario para una ciudad con mucho turismo .

Terrible Taxi service
Terrible taxi service. You can never rely on a quick taxi service. Waiting more than 40 minutes then they can cancel without even notifying
Awful. Do not use
App tells you the time a taxi will arrive, you then book the taxi and it says trying to contact drivers. This goes on and on for ages and nothing happens. Completely useless.
Muy irrespetuosos
Pedí un taxi con unos amigos, tardó 10 minutos en contestarnos, tras decirnos que si podíamos acercarnos más a su ubicación, que esa no le venía bien, no llamó otra vez y no dijo que por que no íbamos a la parada de taxis (que pillaba a unos 15 min andando) fuimos a la parada y cogimos un taxi, el hombre volvió a llamar diciendo que ya estaba en la ubicación que le dijimos al principio, que donde estábamos, le aclaramos que nos había dicho que fuésemos a la parada de taxis, se cabreó y comenzó a insultarnos... no saben ni lo que dicen, no tienen ningún tipo de organización, muy mala atención, no volveré a utilizarla... UNA VERGÜENZA!!

Die erste Zeit hat es gut funktioniert. Wartezeiten von 40 Minuten bis ein Fahrer ein Auftrag annimmt keine Seltenheit.
Not a great app
App shows a wait is let’s say, 2, 5 or 10 minutes. So you order a taxi. App confirms taxi is booked. But rarely is job picked up and taxi is booked. Plus even though GPS pointer has be in correct street, App still shows up an address more than 200 metres away on a completely different road.
Bugs from the very beginning! Fix it please!
I have tried to download this app to my mom’s cell, who speaks only Russian. But it is not possible to register: the list of country codes does not include Russia🙂
Please check it! Such an app will be a nice solution for Russian guests who have a strong habit to call taxi via app
