bro. it said terminal maharani. ive been waitting there for a decades. then i call the customer service she said that i miss the bus. she said it should be bentayan. brotherr, my ticket said terminal maharani, why the flip that in the system it said bentayan. can you guys fix the defect. im so piss. i dont care about the money. i care about the people who use it. just got scamm. who ever develop this. please fired them and hire me. i can do thousand time better than other apps

Please fix your payment system
Worst apps ever. You ask people to use your apps to but never provide apps that work. Payment via credit card was denied. E wallet payment no respond when log in. What nonsense is this? Are you not in business?
The very least you can do is make sure payment get thru? Otherwise why do we need this app? Reviews been saying this since Jun. Why not fix yet?

Payment option dah la card & e-wallet only. Takboleh ke terus letak FPX je kan senang terus direct ke online banking. Ni payment thru card kena fill in card details semua, yg option e-wallet pulak tak function pun. Bila click payment thru e-wallet, payment takprocess pun ke e-wallet tetiba blank je. Dah la takboleh refund. Kalau takboleh refund takpayah la buat function refund tu dalam apps

Bought a ticket thru apps but the trip cancelled a week before. I tried to get refund but was denied. Better buy thru another apps or at the counter.

Nak beli tiket tapi asyik error lepastu topup la wallet tbg sbb ingat kena topup dulu baru boleh beli dan masih tk boleh beli tiket sbb sistem error . Duit dkt dlm wallet tu tkleh refund ye sumpah frust sbb tiket tkleh beli dan duit kt dlm wallet tbg membazir macam gitu je , dhlh topup sebanyak rm 22.00 ye . Pergi website dia pun tkde guna ye . Lain kali kalau tk boleh buat app tkyh buat macam bodoh 🥱🥱

App slalu ada error. Nk booking seat tunjuk kosong tpi bila nk select kata dh booked. Not to mention refund system is the worst. Tak boleh nk refund ticket unless bus operator cancel katanya, even kita bagi dokumen sokongan pon tak boleh. Literally the worst app ever, will not recommend anyone to use this.

please la approve my request refund. i already state my reasons and i think its valid for you guys to accept my request. i request 3 times already and still got rejected. i dont wanna use this app anymore.
