Really happy, but
I’ve been using TBI app for almost two years now and I’m generally really happy with the UI, it’s user friendly, fast and easy and easy to use, BUT I am confident that seeing this many adds in an app leads to distraction and if there is one app you don’t want to be distracted from while using this is the online banking.

Avoid that bank — they don’t listen to their customers and can’t resolve even simple issues. Easily the worst bank experience I’ve ever had.

Despite switching off marketing bs, pop-ups keep coming up with ads not relevant in any way to me. Just let me pay my installments and let it be.
ScamBank
They try to become a leading bank on the Bulgarian market, but their online service takes between 30 min to an hour for an agent to get in touch.
Their app crashes all the time.
Their stock loans don’t reflect the contracts. They charge you extra for any sort of service you might think of, including printing a document, and they charge you a lot.
Their % interest is the same as if you get a loan from a loanshark - around 30% monthly.
I gave it a chance, twice, in a span of two years and both times i’ve been scammed.
I bought a TV for X amount, paid a first instalment at the cashier, the app didn’t reflect that instalment as if I never paid it.

Excellent and simple service
You have no idea how thankful I am for this service. It gives you fantastic opportunities to do what you want and most importantly I can do everything online, every process simple and easy. Traditional banks in Greece should learn from them.
Very slow too much bureaucracy in Greek app
With others competitors you just click a button and the approval is instant .even with the upgrade (previsoously you had to upload id every single time !)there is much more to improve

Second time I made an application paid and signed the digital document for the order to not be completed, withdrawing money from my bank account without completing the order shouldn’t be possible!!! If you call customer service they hang up on you instead of helping!! Awful experience won’t use it again!

Δεν αφαιρεί το ποσό κατευθείαν μετά την πληρωμή, δεν φαίνονται τα μαγαζί που έχεις πάρει το κάθε είδος.
ΛΥΣΗ A LA MINUTE
Πολύ καλή και χρήσιμη εφαρμογή. Δείχνει ξεκάθαρα το ποσό δανείου που μπορεί να σου προσφερθεί, ανάλογα με το αν έχεις ενεργή σύμβαση εργασίας. Εύκολη στη χρήση και χωρίς μπέρδεμα. Η πίστωση γίνεται πολύ γρήγορα, μέσα σε 10–15 λεπτά. Το επιτόκιο είναι σχετικά υψηλό, αλλά λογικό για την ευκολία που προσφέρει.

I can’t comprehend the audacity of having this high interest rate. For a loan of 2900€ you expect to get back 6000? This is modern usury and should be illegal. Not even the street people demand such high rates.
Bugged Login notification
Every time I login, the app sends notification that a new device is using my account. There is no button to confirm that it is me….which is very annoying. Concerns the the iOS version.

Ужасен support, проблеми със сметката ми, бавене при зареждане на средства. Вече ужасно съжалявам, че си отворих сметка с tbi. Оправят ли проблемите, които ми създадоха, веднага си закривам сметката. Не препоръчвам! Явно безплатната сметка си има цена...
