Can’t log in went to bank already
Went to bank and reset my password word still can’t log in been using app for years idk what’s wrong with it been almost a month

There are times I cannot login even using the same identical password. It just won’t work and then hours later it will this sucks.
Won’t update
I’m trying to update this app cause it won’t let me check my balance. Just want to know why. I would appreciate on what I can do to fix this problem. I would be grateful for the help. Thank you
Just horrible
Had this app for years with no issue and now I keep getting locked out monthly , I have been in the bank to rest my password multiple times in the past 4 months
Where is Zelle option?
I only opened an account with this bank for two reasons. One was Chase wanted to charge me $15 a month for not having a minimum electronic deposit and two was so I could receive payments through Zelle. Well I set up my account in app and on website and there is no Zelle option!! (Chase app had a pay and transfer button and TBK doesn’t) I now have an account I can’t even deposit money into

App Issues
It always seems like it something wrong with this app I can’t scene log in it keeps causing error when I try to open the app!!!.This is not very ideal app for me hopefully I can switch to a new bank!!!!

Every week you have to call some one to reset ur account as it just decides it doesn’t want to work any more and if u ask y they just tell u it’s because I’m on an apple device so essentially I can pound sand making impossible to use the app so if I could give the customer service and the app a negative star I would

Mobile Deposit Bug
For the past few months, mobile deposit has had a notable bug/glitch. Every time I take a photo of the front of a check and click “use”, the app says “loading” for a few minutes before timing out. The only work around I have found (which doesn’t work all the time) is to take the photo, then click to retake the photo. Using the second photo usually works. This has been happening for around 10 checks so far, so about 4-5 months. If the developers read this, please reply with notes on a potential fix.

Screwy update
I turn off my debit card after I use it. Needed to use it today and tried to turn it on, and it keeps telling me that function is not currently available. After four times trying I contacted customer service. They couldn’t do anything and didn’t understand why it was telling me this.. told me to turn off my phone wait and turn it back on. That did nothing. Now it says that I can’t access my account. I just removed it from my phone and will try loading it again… If this doesn’t work, your bank is useless to me, and I will have to find a different one.

Change no good
My phone is an iOS 14.8.1. Now I no longer can access my accounts! This is not good. So I’m supposed to buy a new phone just to be able to use this app to access my bank accounts??!!

Rooted or Jailbroke Phone Message after latest Update
After the latest update I can no longer access my account through the app. My phone is from AT&T, not jailbroke/rooted and when I open the app, I get a warning that says “Attention: To protect your data, this application does not support rooted or jailbroke devices.” My device is neither but the warning doesn’t go away and I can’t get to the log in page. Extremely frustrating! If this continues, I may have to consider moving my accounts.

Points in time where it just doesn’t work
For what I primarily use it for it’s good enough at what it does. However it has points in time where it won’t open at all, brings me to a white screen and closes the app, I used this app on a iPhone 14 pro & SE 2020 and it’s done the same thing on both phones.
Doesn’t always work
Often when I try to log in to the app on a weekend or an evening it says “an error has occurred” or “we are unable to validate your information” (the same info that I successfully use to log in on my computer). So I have to wait a few days until it is during business hours and then try again to deposit a check. Bizarre for an app only to work during business hours!
