Unbelievably difficult to use
I think these companies deliberately make the app so difficult to use so that you don’t want to submit a claim anymore. Why does Apple allow app of such quality to exist?
Don’t bother
Unable to log in even having emailed support. Had to call, asked questions I can’t answer just to get a person. support guy sounded like he was in a cave and was having a separate conversation whilst dealing with me. He did get the password reset but it’ll last 24 hours and no way for me to reset it. App threw out messages this show coding errors. Gave up.

Garbage App
This is by far the worst app ever made for corporate claims; Any HR uses this can be related with this app nature - garbage. Micare did a better job, relatively.
Where is the App
This is not an App it’s just a web portal and very badly implemented, unusable is an understatement.

The App has a Bug
After entering the credentials it asks for 2nd authentication with the last 4 characters of your NRIC/FIN

Gone through the 10 thousand hoops and resets to get access, still can't. Don't bother.
Needs a PIN?
Was okay while I was first logged in. It has since logged me out and is asking for a PIN I never received. Super frustrating overall.

App crashes as soon as you type in your login details and press submit.

This is basically a glorified, clunky web browser.
It adds little value besides giving you a way to navigate to webpages that contain information on various benefits, several of which require a further separate login.

Useless. I have to login from a PC at work as the app never let me login. Shame that large and reputable companies are using such poor applications
Really lousy design app from the insurer
Using it is a pain multi factor authentication doesn’t work can’t reset your password. I wanted to give it 0 Stars but unfortunately I couldn’t!

Absolutely useless app. I’ve changed my password I don’t know how to many times but no power on earth will grant you access to this app. What a waste of time. How a company can produce an app that doesn’t work in this day and age is beyond me
