Mobile deposit
Very difficult to get the mobile deposit through the telephone. Needs to be a simple process. Thanks.

I’ve been using the bank for a little over three years for my business and personal and the customer service and the attention to detail is phenomenal. The best bank I have ever had.
Reconciliation
Was better when check # displayed on account page without having to look at check. Old system easier to reconcile.

Old tech
I’ve seen better upgrades on other financial sites just as small as TCF. I believe they are too many steps, seems to go in circles.
Downgrade!
The new and improved app is a downgrade from its previous version. I have am no longer able to use Face ID with this version.

I hope this isn’t the final upgrade. They have ruined the app! Finger scan had been removed! And they name of the withdrawals from the checking account has been replaced with “ point of sale” . The app was fine the way it was before!
