Works and Doesn’t Work
Been using this app since 2018 with intermittent success. Went back to using the hardware remote control. Recently decided to give the app a try again and it was working terrifically for about three weeks and now again, neither of our two Town & Country Fireplaces appear on the screen. Please repair what should be an easy fix.

Piece of garbage
Doesn’t work at all. Total brick. Town and Country doesn’t even try to fix it. Really dumb
Bc it literally is the simplest app ever. All it needs to do is turn on/off to be decent but it doesn’t even do that. I tried deleting and reinstalling blah blah blah. Nothing.

Worst app I have ever used
The app is buggy. Constantly disconnects even standing within a foot. Have to disconnect, delete the app, reinstall only to have to repeat 2 days later. Cheap and worthless development.
Maybe a high school student could fix this.

Doesn’t work
I went through the instructions adding my fireplace but no controls appear after doing that as the instructions say should appear in figure 24!
Stopped working immediately
Worked for the first initial install. Then stopped ever since. Tried reinstalling, rebooting etc. nothing works! Seems to be 2years without updates, developer gave up!
