Works and Doesn’t Work
Been using this app since 2018 with intermittent success. Went back to using the hardware remote control. Recently decided to give the app a try again and it was working terrifically for about three weeks and now again, neither of our two Town & Country Fireplaces appear on the screen. Please repair what should be an easy fix.

Piece of garbage
Doesn’t work at all. Total brick. Town and Country doesn’t even try to fix it. Really dumb
Bc it literally is the simplest app ever. All it needs to do is turn on/off to be decent but it doesn’t even do that. I tried deleting and reinstalling blah blah blah. Nothing.

Worst app I have ever used
The app is buggy. Constantly disconnects even standing within a foot. Have to disconnect, delete the app, reinstall only to have to repeat 2 days later. Cheap and worthless development.
Maybe a high school student could fix this.

Doesn’t work
I went through the instructions adding my fireplace but no controls appear after doing that as the instructions say should appear in figure 24!
Stopped working immediately
Worked for the first initial install. Then stopped ever since. Tried reinstalling, rebooting etc. nothing works! Seems to be 2years without updates, developer gave up!
Not Working
After last IOS update I can’t start the fireplace by my phone. On the opening page my
Fireplace and code used to show up. It is there on the add fireplace screen. I’ve tried to delete the app and reload but tono avail. You would think there would be a contact us for support link; alas there is none.

Unstable app
App works then stops. Unplugged the network cable and reconnected and app works again.
faulty
Like another review said, the fireplace no longer appears in the app home screen. Can’t add it.
Doesn’t work
This app has never worked. Fireplace beeps but nothing happens. Don’t buy a TC fireplace if you think it is a “smart” fireplace. If you really want to appeal to buyers add wifi and make it work with other smart home products.

TC Fire app
My app stopped working too. Replaced the backup batteries in wall controller and disconnected the network cable and reconnected. Fireplace came back up in App screen. Works great.
Stopped working after update
Fireplace disappeared from screen after update. Can no longer control from phone.

You recently rebuilt your app using swift 4 and now the app has stopped working

Seemed to work fine. Now stopped. Asks me to add fp. Do it. Repeatedly. Nil.
Needs update?
Fireplace shows up in add screen but will not show up in main screen. Worked fine until last week and then it suddenly disappeared.
