Disappointed!
TCBW does not have the capability of receiving remote check deposits, which is common at other bank apps. This capability is a huge convenience that would greatly enhance TCBW’s app.

I can’t believe that you still don’t support remote deposit. Get with the 21st century!
Also, when I am using face recognition to login, why does your app continue to insist that I enter a Verisign code? Each time I ask it to register my device, but it never remembers. Very annoying.

App reports differently than Web version!
Regarding Bill Payment transactions, the iOS app behaves differently than the web access version on the TCBW site. It does not show pending/upcoming versions so you monitor upcoming transactions. This difference caused me to make duplicate payments to the same vendor as they didn’t show as pending on the app.
