Where are my recurring transfer/bill pay?
You used to be able to go to bill pay/transfer and see a list of all the upcoming recurring transactions. This is no longer available?? Very inconvenient. I can’t see them until they are within the 7 day window of being paid. I would like to be able to see a complete list anytime. Hate the update!!
It used to work well
Now the whole log on procedure is a bigger pain. Sometimes it wants my face. Sometimes it wants a password sometimes it wants an upgrade.
Most features from the old app are gone.
I would rate this app 0 stars if I could. You no longer know how much you have in both of your checking and savings without having to do math. If you have pending transactions, your current balance doesn’t reflect that. The app is automatically in dark mode for some reason? And I can’t change it either. Mobile deposit is also gone. Also, I can no longer create new savings accounts. There are probably more problems that I haven’t uncovered yet, but this app is garbage and I’m mad that they forced us to change it. I miss the old app.

Loss of functionality
Can’t easily switch between accounts. Have to fully sign out of one (clear all the established authentication) and into the other (establish authentication items) every time.
Mobile deposit needs help
So frustrating, every time I try to do mobile deposit with a check I have to retry over and over and over again before it works at all, if it even does. Other bank apps I use have zero problems with mobile deposits.
