Updated app
Overall I like the updated app - once I figured out how to navigate it. My main concern is that now my WSECU account will not interface with my budgeting app Rocket Money and I do not like that. I called WSECU when it launched and was told they are working on it but it’s been months and it still won’t interface. So less stars due to that. Thank you.

New app is a downgrade
- no ability to fix what arbitrary budget category is assigned to a charge, making budget function useless
- required 4 digit login pin, even if you have face id enabled
- no account totals anymore
- bill pay area has undismissable banner that takes up 1/3 of my screen

mobile deposit
im honestly so annoyed yall do this everytime, im trying to do a mobile deposit and it keeps saying it’s unavailable to do it, this app sucks so much, always down.
Does what I needs to do
Love the app but PLEASE for the love of god make the sign in faster. Compared to other apps wsecu takes an insane amount of time to sign in so I can turn on or off a card

When the phone operators are busy you should have a way to chat or to message. Your member support does NOT work on app!

Best Banking App I’ve Used
Account information clearly laid out. Easy to see maturity dates of CDs. Excellent alerts for transactions. Easy to keep track of current and pending transactions.
Very responsive I always get a response even if I don’t like it.
I do not need to get a hold of them very often but when I do, I always get a good timely response and it’s usually a good response in my favor to my benefit and of course I like that. Thank you for the fine service.
Now that’s how it’s supposed to work!
This app has done nothing but great things in making it easier to manage finances especially if I’m on the road !
bugs
Lately when I deposit a check it keeps rejecting it saying “no endorsement present” or something. I have 3 different endorsed checks and it’s the same error. I haven’t had issues like this before... on top of that the “member support” tab just loads a white screen in the app. super frustrating!
Keeps Crashing
This app keeps crashing, The CU knows about it, are they even fixing the problem? Who knows
Frequent sign outs
The app signs me out very frequently (as in, 30 seconds after I just signed in) on a regular basis. It’s almost not worth using because of that.

For the last couple of months this app randomly crashes on my iphone, after login. Have also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, crashes still happen. Please fix the app
Mobile Deposits
Team really needs to figure out a better mobile deposit system. Sometimes it takes over 30 tries for it to correctly recognize and accept the photos I take of checks. So terrible that it’s blood-boiling.
Currency is wrong
In the USA, iPhone language is set to British English.
The WSECU accounts list the currency as British pound £ and not the USA dollar $.
Just set to USD $, the credit union is in the USA. Stop looking at the phone's location settings.
I'm not going to change to any other English.

Kind of unreliable
The app has really gone down hill. It used to show pending transactions, available balances, and purchases, but now for some reason one day you see a purchase or a pending transaction and the next it’s not there and your available balance says there is nothing pending. Really makes it difficult to tell how much money you have to work with when it changes day to day for no reason. This needs to be corrected. I never had issues like this with other credit unions.

Every time I need to make a car payment it locks me out and forces me to reset my password! The most frustrating app I have ever used!
General UI stuff… Dark mode would be nice too
Gets the job done 9 times out of 10. Doesn’t allow phone to be in a language other than english and could really use a dark mode
