This Ap works about as well as everything else at TriCounty in other words it doesn’t!
App is Terrible
App initially worked when installed some time ago, but apparently their massive electrical price increase as caused problems for this App… Geez, tired of messing with it as will NOT recognize Face ID or even allow me log in manually to pay my OVER THE TOP BILL ! As most companies do, they make it impossible to complain to a live person or even make the complaint process easy, as they truly do NOT wanna know about the many problems or complaints… Get it together TCEC , use the huge increase in my monthly bill to hire an IT person !

Won’t open
It used to work fine till today. Now it won’t open at all.

Will not let me register. Gives no reason for why, just an endless loop of rejections.

Works fine for me. It used to keep my usage updated on a daily basis. I still get daily usage, but now there’s a lag of several days so it makes it harder to nail down the reason for high usage days. Fix that and I’d rate it 5 stars. I don’t seem to have the login and payment issues some folks seem to be having.

Can’t log in even though I’m using the same info to log in via web browser.

This app needs a major overhaul!!! For some reason the app doesn’t recognize my account info anymore. At first it stated password was wrong so I changed it. Tried to log back in and it still says there’s an error. Go to TCEC’s website and login with no problems. Go back to the app and try to register the account again. Can’t use current password, because it doesn’t accept certain symbols. Now I’m thinking I have to have different passwords for the app and website!?!?!? No problem, we’ll use a different password. Go through the whole registration process and then it states there’s an error. SCREW THIS!!! I just deleted the worthless app from my phone!!!!!!

This is the worst app I have ever used. Most of the time it will not even open.
Needs improvement
This app really needs improvement. It’s crazy to have to enter all your banking info every time and there is no option for future payments. Once you log in you are committed to making your payment at that time..when you try to login to pay your bill it kicks you out most of the time.

Used on iPad. Don’t like the appearance. Looks sketchy. Threw me out three times. Will delete and will not use.
