Terrible
Why offer WiFi linked radiators if they never work and the app constantly crashes? Trying to add my new radiators and everytime I click connect it crashes and I start again. Contacted support who asked if I was definitely using the correct app then never responded again. Advised them to check the reviews on the App Store and that it’s not an exclusive problem to me!

Won’t connect to radiator
Worked great for a couple of years but when we changed our WiFi and needed to update the radiator it all went wrong.
The radiator no longer connects to the app. Like other reviewers have found, the app crashes at the same point during the setup phase every time preventing connection of the radiator to the wifi.
I have raised with their support team and shared a video of the issue but they claim that the app works fine, despite others reporting the same issue.
So after spending £400 on a ‘smart’ radiator, we now have a dumb radiator that needs to be manually turned on/off like the £30 radiator we had before.
Radiator is fine but the app doesn’t work.
Will never buy from this company again.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work, complete waste of time. Not even worth the one star. Got so much potential.
Once you get the app sort of working and got the radiator installed on it still didn’t work. Won’t let you remove the radiator from the list. I’ve completely Given up. IT department need to go kick up the backside to sort it out.

Statistic used to work now does not work even when loaded with electric rates needs fixing

Can’t login as forgotten password link doesn’t work . Resets password but doesn’t send an email .

Can someone please explain to me what’s wrong with the app? There is no point having a smart radiator if you can’t control it with the app. Basically it’s just a normal radiator with no WiFi or programming features because you can’t use the app.
Not good enough
This app works sometimes but not often enough - it is barely fit for purpose. The key issues for me are the fact that it has a habit of dropping the WiFi connection but the app does not report that. So you think you have changed the configuration of the device in the app but the radiator never receives the instruction. It also fails to report the current temperature which is completely u acceptable for a ‘smart’ radiator and I have no idea from the app whether it is delivering heat or not.
Sadly this is - by quite some margin - the worst smart device implementation I have come across and I have many in my home. I am seriously considering seeking a refund on the basis the device is not fit for purpose.

Frustrating
App is an absolute waste of time. Set to control two heaters once you get past the infuriating pairing and it simply doesn’t do anything!! The app just doesn’t talk to the heaters which is utterly pointless. Really disappointing.
Simply doesn’t work!
The app says it is controlling the radiators but it just doesn’t. The radiators seem to do their own thing and when you try to reinstall the radiators on the app it just crashes all the time. Monstrously frustrating. Don’t buy these radiators until they sort the app that is supposed to control them!

Absolutely Useless
This heater / app came with a garden office I had delivered.
Doesn’t connect - app crashes at the same stage each time. The heater works okay, but the app to control it is just so poor. Which is frustrating as I’d like to have a remote set up before winter.

Just rubbish
It simply doesn’t work at the first step setting up the location. Even tho the dot location is correct on the map, by pressing the orange confirmation button on top right, nothing happens at all. Why to creat an app and sell all the “illusion” of something that doesn’t work? This should be ilegal. Very disappointed :(

Ok but not great…
Although presence detection is activated, keep getting error in zone saying there are different products in differing states?! No idea what’s going on. When you activate, and go back, it deactivates the setting in the zone but not on the rad itself. Help! Anyone got around this?!
Unexpectedly bad
UI is as friendly as a cornered rat, horrible to make out buttons hard to read text due to contrast issues and input forms don’t act the way you would expect on an iPhone.
Rubbish
Bought a smart plug downloaded app and it is useless. Took numerous attempts to select address and time zone. Eventually accepted it then would t work after Wi-Fi selected.
Not user friendly
No need for zones. Needs current temp. Doesn’t connect to Alexa. More user help needed
Good once set up
Like another reviewer I struggled to get past the location input on the app set up.
You need to move the location to the road you are on and then the location populates and you can move on. Next issue was the WiFi connection - it wouldn’t work on 5GHz so assume the rad has 2.4GHz WiFi only. Once re-running the set up and selecting 2.4GHz WiFi everything completed and it works.
You can set timer schedules, frost settings and of course control the temperature with this app. Unfortunately there is no feedback of what the actual room temperature is on the app which is annoying. Hopefully, this can be introduced in a future version.

Works for me
The address section I think is where some have had problems, I moved the map pin till it located an address it knows and set it.

Won’t let me enter location
There is no point in having a WiFi radiator when the app doesn’t work as you can’t enter location, therefore can’t get any further
Absolute rubbish
Bought a plug and now can’t use it because can’t get past the first location screen of the app.
