Terrible

I use TDS Business UC for my small business. It worked fine until the app was changed in Summer 2025. Since then it is glitchy and works poorly. When I receive a call, there is no to alert me. It shows a notification that I have a voicemail, but no voicemail shows up. You used to be able to touch the voicemail to listen to it, now when you do that it just calls the number. This app sucks. I have spoken with tech support numerous times. Nice guys. They say “we are working the kinks out” and they have been saying that for over 6 months. Great service, unless you need to reliably make and receive calls.
