Angry! Printer!
OK, didn’t have a problem until my printer won’t work! Everything online says I’m supposed to change my network from 5G to 2G while I hook it up, funny how this app doesn’t allow that or have the option in there anywhere! I’ve been on the horn with your people. There are no help. Stupid HP smart app can’t connect the two because it says they’re on two different network networks. This is something that I should not have to tamper with. I am this close to going back to spectrum if somebody doesn’t get back to me! I don’t understand why I should have this problem ever.

Haven’t been able to sign into the app, have contacted TDS many times without any change. Keeps saying something went wrong.

Poor reflection on the company
This app doesn’t even work… the fact it’s been broken for months and nothing has changed is a great indicator of how much the company cares about the customers - which is not at all.
Will not login
I’m 29 and am a full stack web developer. This app errors out whenever I attempt to sign in. Do yourself a favor and just save the mobile website to your home page and delete this lazy excuse for an app.

Does not allow you to log in. Keeps claiming an error occurred and to try again in a few seconds. I’ve been trying for a few HOURS with no success.

The app asks for username and password, loads for a moment, the says “oops, something went wrong” and you’re directed back to the start screen

I get an error code loop every time I try to log in. I’ve tried updating everything, changing passwords and even using other devices.

Literal scam
Okay okay I know, lotta people on here saying it’s bad. Lotta people on here saying it’s great, but just hear me out. The fact of the matter is they don’t WANT you to pay your bills and manage your account online. If they can get you to pay over the phone they can charge you a “convenience fee” which of course isn’t a crazy huge fee but over the course of many months it adds up. So they make their website close to impossible to navigate for ANYONE(not just older folks, I myself am 23 and have a ton of issues with it) and they make their app deny you at the door. And of course for some people TDS is the ONLY option as they have the area monopolized. This should absolutely be illegal, if they cared at all about customer satisfaction they would update their website/app instead of leaving it completely broken.

Does not work
Does not let you login at all, it will start loading once you enter your login info and then send you back to the main menu asking you to try again in a few minutes.
Can’t get app to login
I have tried multiple times to login to this app. But each time it fails and says there was a problem and please try again in a few minutes. I know my password is correct. I even got an authentication text message put in the code and then it’s still. Wouldn’t let me in and said there was a problem to try later. I just want to change my Wi-Fi password what the f!!

Whats with all the low ratings?
this app is confusing at first, like many apps similar to this, but once you figure out exactly what the app can offer and how to use it, this app is great! it took me maybe five minutes to troubleshoot how freezing a device works and I feel like most of these low star ratings are from people who didn’t try to trouble shoot and instead just blamed the app 🤷♀️ maybe ill run into issues in the future but as of right now this app is nice and direct
