Doesn’t work
After you sign in it just has a hand waving at you saying set up is fast and flawless on the screen forever.

This app is awful! I’ve not been able to log in yet! Still sitting on the “Set up is fast and flawless” screen. The irony!
Can’t do anything
Tried to pay my bill and it just waives at you and says setting up is easy.
Can’t activate account
App won’t let me activate my phone line. Says call for assistance. Can’t call because it won’t activate phone line
Annoying
Waist of time. Does not tell me how much data I have used or left on International roaming.
Login everyone???
Having to enter your complete username and password EVERYTIME you access the app is ridiculous. Y’all need to fix that asap.
Non user friendly
Have to re-login every time you go to the app. So you cant switch between a browser and the app if you are trying to complete something. If you have notifications turned off it has a pop up every few minutes you have to click out of. Fix your app, you have the money.

Phenomenal internet service but the app is useless. It won’t even let me log in.

Group chats do NOT work for MONTHS and they have no plan to fix….
