Will not record your returns
TSB does not record your items when you return to them. You have to call and get the returns recorded so that you can receive another box. That was very frustrating!

Would love to be able to have more options when searching (ex. black bottoms).
Style great…but…
I love this app and all it provides but the app itself need improvement. Such as when the item is not available, I wish you could like it or save it for when it will be back in stock in the future. Also if the instructions on the process were more clear instead of having to do so much research. Other wise I love this app.

App gives me lots of “wait a minute” messages like it can’t process your request at that moment, but all in all it is good.

This app is easy to use and awesome.
Excessive Charges if You Cancel
Be sure you want this subscription forever if you start it. If you have items still on their way back to them when you cancel, they will charge you for them if they don’t get back to them within a week of when you cancel. There are well-documented delays with USPS right now so this is far too little time. Their email team is lazy and either send automated responses or clearly only skims questions. On top of that, they just went ahead and made the decision for me and canceled my account once they finally read my email. Now I just have to hope and pray that these items suddenly speed up in the system and arrive on time. I don’t have the money for the clothes I sent back. That’s mostly why I sent them back. In summary, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this subscription.

Could be so much better!
First I’ll say I love my subscription to TSB and the app functions just fine. It’s visually appealing and easy to navigate. Toggling between the “at home”, “in closet” and “on hold” options is smooth as is the ability to move items between “closet” and “hold”.
That having been said, the ap itself could be so much more than what it is! I feel like I keep seeing the same pieces because there are so few filter options. I have to continue scrolling until I reach clothing I haven’t yet seen. This could be avoided if the filter tool had more options. I’d like to be able to filter by size type such as maternity, plus size and general, sleeve length (short, long, 3/4), pants or skirts. Being able to filter fabrics, dress length, waist rise, neckline etc would make it so much easier to find styles I’m looking for.
I would also like to see more customer reviews. I realize that is not something that contributes to the functionality of the app however the in-depth reviews, especially the ones with photos, are so helpful in choosing pieces.
