Frustrated
I have downloaded this app on three separate occasions and it doesn’t work! When you sign in to make profile thru apple it says “error Latote server” is this app only for android or is it broke or am I doing something wrong. Would love to check out and see what they have to offer.
Nonexistent
They continued charging me a monthly fee despite not having any clothing to rent or buy. They claimed they were switching warehouses, but it’s incredibly unethical to charge customers for a service that is nonexistent. I used to love them and was religious about buying at least 2 pieces a month. I ended up filing a complaint with my bank because they never responded to any of my calls, emails, or online chats.

No longer in business but still charging credit cards
I was also unable to cancel my subscription and they kept charging me despite no longer sending totes. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone so I had to start submitting disputes to my credit card company to have their charges reversed.
Remove the app - company is not operating
Updating my review. If you check the website, it's not functioning as of mid-February. I stopped getting charged and I can no longer access my account, as if it's been cancelled. Please remove the app so people can't inadvertently sign up - is that possible?

I've been a customer for years. They were fine for a long time. All of a sudden the company has gone dark. Their phone and chat bot don't work, nobody responds to email. I put my account on hold and returned my tote, I still get charged every month even though my tote was registered as being picked up at the other end. I followed the instructions to cancel my account but you can't because there's nobody at the company to respond. I lodged a compliant with the FTC and BBB as have many others. They stopped responding to the BBB a year ago. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card every month because I can't successfully cancel or even put my account back on hold. The bank can't block them because technically they are a legitimate business. Do not sign up.

Don’t do it
I am having to have my credit card company help fight my charges. There is absolutely no way to reach Le Tote. Their website is offline. Their phone number is invalid. Anyone getting charged, go to your credit card company and try and fight as many charges as you can. Apple needs to remove them from this platform.
