The worst subscription

This subscription used to be so great before it got taken over by LeTote. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over two weeks. The number for customer service no longer works. The chat bot is unresponsive. They keep saying they will get back to you but they don’t. Do not waste your time or money on this!!! I promise you it is not worth the headache. They don’t update their clothes and the shipments take forever. This service has gone so downhill. I usually don’t write reviews but I am just hoping that voicing my concerns will save other people from this impossible to cancel subscription.

Frustrated with processing times

I was a member of LeTote for over 5 years after switching from RTR unlimited. I loved the flexibility with going between maternity and regular boxes and putting my subscription on hold. I’m also on west coast so for first few years with LeTote I could get 3 boxes a month if I timed post correctly. However within the last year the shipping times and quality of clothes with LeTote changed and it got to the point that even putting my subscription on hold and working with customer service I couldn’t get boxes on time. So I canceled and went with NY&Co, even though it is under LeTote umbrella company. The NY&Co clothes are great, but despite belonging to unlimited boxes per month I keep getting throttled down to only one box. I even have tried purchasing the whole box in effort to expedite the next box without any faster turn around. Very disappointing and after three months, I have requested to cancel my subscription.

Update. Service has just gotten worse. Been unable to cancel my account and still getting charged without getting more than one box a month.

Takes forever to ship

I’m so disappointed. I love the NY&Co clothes but 1/4th of the month my Box is in “preparing” status. I submitted my choices on Monday morning so that I could receive them for a wedding on Saturday. Seems reasonable, right? Well, it’s Thursday evening and it’s still showing as “preparing.” Well, this is the last time I’ll be disappointed.

What in the World!?

I came here looking to download the New York and Co. app so that I could go shopping for some new clothes and to my surprise found out that this was only to rent clothes. I am so, so disappointed. First, you close all the stores, now you have turned this to a rental app only. Come on man. you’ve lost me. You can have this card back because I don’t want to rent any clothes. I want my clothes to keep. This is such a let down. You guys need to come up with a way to bring either the stores back or at least a way to shop for clothing online.
