No support.
No support when the app glitches. Chat bot dosen’t work apart from leave a message and there is no email response or generic replies. Disappointing as it used to be a very handy app.

New App is a backward step
New update doesn’t support clubs. Doesn’t do notifications unless you open the app to look. Can’t search members. Very very limited. Notifications issue is just making our players choose a different app

Hi. Please report any notification issues to help@teamer.net as these should work as normal. We did provide plenty of notification that we no longer intended to support Club management functionality in this app going forward as this is covered elsewhere in our product portfolio (Pitchero) - we also provided migration support to move to Pitchero, and a solution so that Clubs could continue in Teamer as Teams

Just updated the app now account is locked and can’t edit the password!!!!!

App seems to have received an update and now not working. Website still logs in ok but I have no Teams/Players on the App. Others reporting the same.

I’m unable to view my teams and/or events in the mobile app. Unable to contact the developer in any way so hoping the poor review gets attention

After the update the language changed to German. I can't fix it
Paid SMS feature doesn’t work and support doesn’t respond
The app works fairly well but is missing some important functionality like the option for respondents to answer with a “maybe” option. It however falls apart in the paid features. The SMS text feature just simply doesn’t work and when trying to reach out to support they never respond.

It’s a good app but I would be useful to be able to save accepted event into the calender on the phone

I love this app. I do. I recommend it to anyone who manages a team, but this lastest update is driving me insane when you try and set a kick off/meet time it constantly defaults back to the phones current time. So instead of a 10am kick off it keeps defaulting to 749pm the time I’m doing it…
Crashes constantly
So frustrating to have an app that crashes every single time you want to open up a team chat. Bad user experience and very buggy
Slowwww
This app used to work perfectly. But recently I can’t get into the app most tries and if I can, it runs slow. Hate to find an alternative, but we need something that works.
Was working fine until a moth ago
The app was working perfectly fine until a month ago, constantly lagging, slow to display my teams. Unless I got wifi on I kept getting an error message “please check your connection “ all other apps in my phone work fine without WIFI. I hope you can make some changes to improve the app performance

Great app
Works very well. Has some limited functionality but very effective for doing the key tasks (ie keeping track of games, availability of players, sending reminders etc). Have been using it for > 5 years and have been very satisfied.
