6/28/2026 update
Just updated the app. Went to add a comment to my availability then deleted it. It deleted the entire event. Photos that were previously posted are also missing but files are still there.
Liked the comments in view with availability so it was in one location and clear what event the comments were for.
Also app times out when toggling between other apps to review and re-enter event data.
9/16/26 Some of the initial issues seem to be fixed. Pros include past events are archived on a separate tab. Cons would be loss of past event data when there was a version update.

Great until the last upgrade
Love the app but after the upgrade in early July, all my events show with the green “update” banner and it never goes away. Now I can never tell when someone has made an update to an event. Makes it very hard to manage a large group. Contacted support on July 5. No resolution at this time. I can’t recommend the app until this is fixed. Will update here when it is. UPDATE AS OF 9/15. It has now been over 2 months and still not fixed.

Glitches in app
Update 10.0.3 caused problems with getting reminders that are unwanted and also caused duplicated time slots. Very confusing. Before that, things were fine 🥲.

This app needs to have the functionality of a calendar that shows multiple teams if you are coaching multiple teams or have kids that are on multiple teams there needs to be a calendar view where you can select which of the teams that you’re in show up on one single view. You also need to fix the bug that makes it when someone comments on a post that that post shows us the most recent all in-line comments should still show under the post on the date. It was originally sent not appear as the newest post!

Good App but Regular Issues
Great App but has regular crashing issues where you can’t open posts to read or add comments so are left in the dark for long periods over team communication. Crashes often & regular upload issues with photos. Could be a great app. Sadly the recent update hasn’t fixed its fundamental issues. Would be my preferred team app if crashing issues were fixed & if comments on old posts didn’t push the post to the top hiding recent posts. Posts should be left in chronological order.

Since the update my child can’t use the app at all
We have been successfully using team reach. However since the update they have also updated their app ratings app rating to 13+. Which has logged my 12 year old out of the entire app and frozen it on the “contact support” page. Other sporting comms apps are still rated at 4+. This is a really good way of removing intermediate teams where both parents and kids are in the app.

I previously left a poor rating regarding calendar access, but the issue has been resolved and I’m a satisfied customer.
User friendly
We use TeamReach for our local youth cheer organization. It would be great if there was a direct message tab that the direct messages only go to that tab and not in your feed. Also direct messages disappear. I can see on my phone Notifications that they come through but when I go to the actual group and into that direct message, the reply from a parent is not there.. The potential for this app is there but it’s just not meeting the needs that we have to better communicate.

Issues with messages
So the app is great. Some of the improvements they made are better than the previous versions. HOWEVER, they really need to fix the messaging functions. Messages pop up as notifications but then you go in to the app and they are not there. Everyone of my parents are having issues and we’ve more just resulted in texting because it’s extremely frustrating. You’ll respond to a message, the other person will see it and respond but then it’s like the message was never there. Please fix this and then the app will be great. Also, give the coach a notification when someone RSVP’s to a game or practice. That’ll be huge!’

It keeps kicking me out and redoing my password?
The update is terrible
My app works 50-60% of the time. I get email notifications for replies that do not populate in the app. It closes out on me while trying to post messages to my teams and since it doesn’t save the drafts I have to wait for it to try and load back in and rewrite it all. The 40% of time it doesn’t work it just doesn’t load any of the content within my groups then freezes so I can’t go backward to the main page.
I have 3 teams and 6 groups. It has become beyond frustrating. I have reached out to support and submitted tickets.

Inconsistent timestamps, font shrunk
Why are timestamps sorted one direction in main chat screen, but the opposite direction when viewing a reply thread?
Also why did you shrink the chat font? It was larger in prior (recent) version.

What’s changed?
Latest update really messed this app up. My notifications are set to show but don’t unless I open the app. I’m better off just texting. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn’t helped either.

This app is horrible I have been logged out so many times and the email hasn’t answered! 😡😡
