Good App but Regular Issues
Great App but has regular crashing issues where you can’t open posts to read or add comments so are left in the dark for long periods over team communication. Crashes often & regular upload issues with photos. Could be a great app. Sadly the recent update hasn’t fixed its fundamental issues. Would be my preferred team app if crashing issues were fixed & if comments on old posts didn’t push the post to the top hiding recent posts. Posts should be left in chronological order.

Since the update my child can’t use the app at all
We have been successfully using team reach. However since the update they have also updated their app ratings app rating to 13+. Which has logged my 12 year old out of the entire app and frozen it on the “contact support” page. Other sporting comms apps are still rated at 4+. This is a really good way of removing intermediate teams where both parents and kids are in the app.

Inconsistent timestamps, font shrunk
Why are timestamps sorted one direction in main chat screen, but the opposite direction when viewing a reply thread?
Also why did you shrink the chat font? It was larger in prior (recent) version.

What’s changed?
Latest update really messed this app up. My notifications are set to show but don’t unless I open the app. I’m better off just texting. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn’t helped either.
Horrible
This app is horrible I have been logged out so many times and the email hasn’t answered! 😡😡
Notifications gone
Used to work ok but not now. Can’t get notifications to work at all even though my notifications settings are correct in the app. Teamreach isn’t even listed in the notifications list in my iOS. Worked ok with my old iPhone but since my new iPhone 17 I get nothing.
Bugs in upgrade
This app has so much potential but always misses the mark. DMs that go to the whole group is not an acceptable bug. Can’t reach app support. Usability is terrible. Please do some testing before you release updates.
Great until the last upgrade
Love the app but after the upgrade in early July, all my events show with the green “update” banner and it never goes away. Now I can never tell when someone has made an update to an event. Makes it very hard to manage a large group. Contacted support on July 5. No resolution at this time. I can’t recommend the app until this is fixed. Will update here when it is.

Was great but update is awful
This was my favorite app to use for teams but the update is glitchy. Respondes are delayed or responses are posting to the chat. I wish and hope this can get figured out quickly!
8/8 not sure if there was another update but messages are disappearing and members are not seeing them. I hope these gets sorted out quick otherwise I’ll have to move my teams to another platform

Event notifications not working
Ever since the last app update about a month ago, I no longer receive notifications of new events. I have to open the app to see if anything was post. By that time, it’s often full and I’m on a waitlist. It always worked for me before. This is very bad! I even went to ask for email notifications and never get those either. My settting are fine. What’s wrong????

Not letting me get in
The app is telling me that I need a support code. If possible can I get it.
Can’t edit
I don’t like the new update because now we can’t edit our posts or comments when you send direct messages

App no longer takes you to the comment when clicking on the notification
Direct messages
Really useful app but please please please make direct messages in a separate tab. It lose them in the feed and it makes them super hard to track.
Long time user
Great app. Been using it since 2021. Love the app and the latest update looks much cleaner.
Only a few suggestions I’d recommend:
1) Admin visibility on posts/messages - A 9/12 Read, 3/12 Unread type of view
2) I can “Duplicate” events, but cannot deselect the Original team the event already exists on. After selecting the “New” team and the Original team (by default), the Original team is notified of a new event (the duplicated event) and I have to delete the duplicated event. Another option would be a “Calendar” icon on the Teams Home Screen where you can View All calendars or Select/Deselect specific Teams
3) An RSVP reminder for non-responders
Keep up the great work!

Timezone issue
Great app shame the Timezone isn’t adjustable all of our reminders are off by 13hours 😖
New version
I don’t like the new version. The abilities of Leaders has changed. I can’t get rid of comments in the rsvp section, even ones I wrote myself. I used to be able to change a members rsvp status which I found helpful but I can no longer do that. Old version was better.
Recent update sucks!!
We have used app for at least 5 years loved it. Worked great for our golf team.
This new app is terrible. You can’t load pictures. Can’t see recent pictures. I have an Apple phone can load and see at times not always. With androids can not load period!! It’s really not fun anymore.
Can we just go back to the old app!

Unable to get notifications
First experience using the app. Overall it seems that it could be a very helpful platform. Most of the other users in my league seem to really enjoy it. However, myself and a couple other people I know have no luck getting the app to send notifications.
I have them all set to on within the app. I thought maybe it was an iOS setting. However, when pulling up TeamReach in the settings of an iPhone, the app itself shows as if it does not even have the ability to send notifications. Unlike any of communication or social media app.
I’m unsure what to do about it. Would love some feedback. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app several times and am up to date with the newest version.
