Timezone issue
Great app shame the Timezone isn’t adjustable all of our reminders are off by 13hours 😖
Recent update sucks!!
We have used app for at least 5 years loved it. Worked great for our golf team.
This new app is terrible. You can’t load pictures. Can’t see recent pictures. I have an Apple phone can load and see at times not always. With androids can not load period!! It’s really not fun anymore.
Can we just go back to the old app!

Unable to get notifications
First experience using the app. Overall it seems that it could be a very helpful platform. Most of the other users in my league seem to really enjoy it. However, myself and a couple other people I know have no luck getting the app to send notifications.
I have them all set to on within the app. I thought maybe it was an iOS setting. However, when pulling up TeamReach in the settings of an iPhone, the app itself shows as if it does not even have the ability to send notifications. Unlike any of communication or social media app.
I’m unsure what to do about it. Would love some feedback. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app several times and am up to date with the newest version.

Improved but has one horrible UX change
Overall, new app design and performance has improved but now it's very difficult to tell each separate thread apart. They now look like one long chat.

Since the latest app update all the event reminders come through with the wrong time on them.

Latest update
With the new update, notifications no longer take you directly to that notifications thread. Now tapping on the notification takes you to the TeamReach home page, listing all your clubs, no way of knowing where the notification comes from. Hope you update this soon. I’ve been missing many notifications, because I can’t identify the origin.

Cannot reset password
I dropped my phone and had to get a new one. Reinstalled this app but don’t remember my password. I’ve tried to reset it multiple times. I never receive the reset code. I’ve filled out the online form that says you’ll hear back in 24 hours. NOPE. I haven’t heard back ever. I’ve emailed. I’ve called. Have gotten zero response

Calendar access is terrible
As another reviewer noted I can no longer add events to my calendar unless I grant the app full access to my calendar. This is unacceptable.

This use to be a pretty good app, but since the latest update the ease of use has dropped significantly.
- Difficulty in writing a post more then 3 lines long
- Unable to see who has given a thumbs up, especially when many teams used this method as a way to see who has received messages
- many members are complaining that even after updating they are not receiving notifications
- others are receiving multiple notifications for the same person liking a post.
- when in multiple chats now harder to find the team chat you need, quickly.

Great App… BUT
My Teams and I have used this app now for 3 season. It Has been great! BUT, since the last update, it is not notifying people when post are created or reply’s. Sometimes it will send a few, especially for when people like a post. But it has caused a lot of confusion on the parents and myself, because we never received a notification when something is posted ( especially same day stuff as you don’t think to check it when there is not a notification)
Hopefully this gets fixed soon as the App has always been great in the past.

Notifications
Old version event notifications were correct, now event notifications are so off. I get a notification at 12pm that an event game is starting when it’s scheduled at 7:00 pm. I have tried everything to fix and nothing works. I tried emailing support but it times out.

We use this app for all our events. This latest update highlights some of the quirks that makes planning a pain.
First off, to add an event to your own calendar, this app requires you to “allow full access” instead of “add events only.” The other buggy issue is that any time you leave the app to do things like check your availability, the app resets and you have to login to your group from the beginning and scroll through to your place again.

New update
Terrible since the update! Please fix issues! No more push notifications (yes I checked all my settings). I can’t load any videos unless they are under 50mb! Which is about 10 second video. You use to do 1 minutes max which is very reasonable! This is how my team learns by watching our training videos! I may have to stop using TR after several years as a user. Please please fix these issues!!

SUPPORT IS NO HELP!
I have emailed twice, because i have been logged out of my account (after a short time of inactivity…a week or 2.) the screen that automatically pops up says i need a support code and to send an email. Well, i can’t get anyone to reply to my email! It’s the reason for 1 star.
Recent update bugs
After the last update, recent posts of photos or files are not accessible. The app notifies and indicates that there are new items but you can’t see them. Please fix.
Request
This app is used by almost every group/team function in my community. It is an awesome way to communicate with each other about events and to share images, etc. I do have a request from the developers. The app opens up in the messages tab. I would rather it open on the calendar tab. Having the ability to set your preference on which tab opens up, would make this app worthy of 6 stars.
